Horrible customer service! I’ve worked retail myself and have had bad days however whenever I have gone in this specific store after trying other nearby stores the disappointment never lacks. To be at customer service and be so nasty instead of offering alternatives for pick up you rather be dismissive rude and give ZERO SOLUTIONS. I would’ve let it slide if it was one of those random moments where oh this individual is usually nice but she isn’t. And for all intents and purposes never wears a name tag. Not only was my item refunded but recharged to the card it was purchased on by the individual. I rather drive the extra 4 miles to Princeton and get what I need and true costumer service.

The cashier was very rude maybe because I had 5 kids with me, my niece and friends, and everyone had a lot of stuff for projects. I payed all together and the kids were behaving so I don’t know why was she rude.
