McDonald's

The Baldwin, WI McDonald's was fast and friendly. We ordered our meals online and they were ready for when we arrived. The Happy Meals were not missing anything, particularly important for parents. Everything else that were ordered was there too. All was the right temperature (hot food, cold drinks) too!

Lastly, the young man who was operating the window was incredibly friendly and polite. You have to give props to a young person who could be having fun in a Friday night, but is working instead.

Dane! Coolest kid you will ever meet! He was so helpful and kind! He needs a raise! He made sure out experience was great 😁

Great place. Staff are very knowledge and professional. Due to COVID-19, the inside is closed. So u can not dine in at this time. Food is always correct, fresh and warm.

For one thing McDonald's is McDonald's, so good!!! We walked inside and we were greeted by a young man named Trent, who greeted us with a big old smile! We needed some more time with our order and he was very patient with us! So you go Trent!! Also the atmosphere inside was amazing! Great lighting, and looked newly renovated! Overall AMAZING!!! And thanks so much Trent! Best McDonald's worker EVER!

Amazing burgers, wish we had the McGriddle back in the U.K. I shall miss it

I had the meatloaf dinner and for a side I had the mashed potatoes. I finished things off with some lime green Jello for dessert. I love the sugar free iced tea as well, it's the best in the land

I visit this McDonalds alot before my hour drive to work in the morning. The staff at this location is always the best, friendly, and super nice. I used the app and I rarely have to wait for my meals. Its a great way to start the morning off with such a great people and food. Thank you

We stopped by when we were passing through. The staff was very nice and kind. They were the best McDonald's staff I've ever encountered in all these years! Our son was very happy he got the golden Thor as well 😀

I go through the drive-through almost daily I have never had bad service here. I have never experienced an unpleasant or rushed employee they are literally the best of the best at the McDonald’s in Baldwin Wisconsin pleasant, cheerful, and always wish you a good day Great staff, thank you!!! Nan is the one I know by name but all the rest are also great !!

Traveling through on business and stopped for breakfast and a coffee boost. Had picky eaters in the truck, and not only were they patient with my crazy order, but the cashier rearranged my order so that I maximized the special combos and saved $5 off my original order. Our order was spot on, timely, and the hash browns were fresh and hot.

The drive thru doesn't work (technical error) say hi are you there or anything as you pull up in case it still is broken if still no response wait for the person to greet you as the crew is probably giving out food or paying put the previous customer. Please order the standard items to get a good price (McChicken, cheese burger, sausage mcmuffin) if you order any McCafe during rush than expect that it will take a little bit longer or a lot longer, cause there is only one machine and plenty customers ordering McCafe (the McCafe machine can only make one drink at a time hot/cold. Complex burgers and changing your order will not anger the crew but will take longer to make as it alters the routine of how the burger/fries are made. Overall clean restaurant and a good service. When they get it wrong or takes a long time they apologize and make up for it. Great quality and service for what it is (fast food).

Come thru here every morning and love the morning staff!!!!

My favorite McDonald's. Never had bad service or nasty food, always freshly cooked.

I work there, not much of a customer experience, but it's a fun Inviting work place and its very clean all the co-workers are nice and encouraging.

Great Service in the drive thru from Landon. He was very helpful and polite. Hard to find great work ethic these days!

Still one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to over the years. Drive thru was quick and the food was hot.
