Keva was amazing! Just by looking at our contract she was able to save us $16 by updating our service which we would have had no idea needed to be done and have been paying $16 more because no one else caught it. I ended up going in to try and get a phone unlocked (which needs to be done with iTunes) and ended up just giving my son my phone and buying a brand new iPhone and Apple Watch because of the amazing deals and her knowledge of what I would be getting and how much more for my buck I would be getting. She was so patient and helped us with everything from beginning to end and even was able to help another customer while transferring my data to the new phone. You are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and hard working employee and I gained a new friend in the process with our conversation during our time together.

Update from Nov-‘23. Another fantastic experience, this time with Keva. Got us in a cheaper plan and gave great advice about our new phones. I could go on and on. I love this place and am so thankful for it!

Nicholas was extremely friendly and helpful. After having issues trying to order my new phone online I was glad to find a brick and mortar shop near my house where I could easily walk out with a new phone the same day!

This place Rocks! The guys there are super helpful, and know their stuff about all the different phones and everything else they carry. It's got a super convenient location right in Baldwin, WI! Thanks for all the help! I'll be back! If you need anything Verizon related stop in they will take care of you!

Nick was so awesome. He closed at 6pm but stayed open late because my phone broke and I was leaving for vacation the next morning. He answered all my questions and didn't even make me feel rushed. He took his time even though the Verizon store was closed. I give him 10/10 stars!!

Customer service was great. I think it is a disgrace that a universal company such as Verizon does give their employees suitable wages and the necessary breaks that all employees are entitled too. Verizon should get with the program!

Great experience and Kaylee was super helpful but not pushy. Got us up and running quickly and was very friendly.

People are often very quick to complain when things go wrong; I'd like to relate an instance when things went right.

About a week and a half ago, I had a battery issue with my fairly new Galaxy S7. We were shopping in the big city when I noticed things weren't right. There was a corporate Verizon store close by so we stopped in to have a knowledgeable staff person(KSP) take a look at my phone. Paraphrasing, the conversation went something like this:

ME: “There seems to be a problem with my phone. Would you mind taking a look at it?”

KSP: “Yes, there's something definitely wrong. Let's talk about upgrade options.”

ME: “Do you offer any kind of repair service?”

KSP: “No we don't. Let's talk about upgrade options.”

ME: “No, thanks.”

Since I had purchased the phone at A Wireless in Baldwin, we stopped there to see what they had to say. Steve placed a call to Verizon Tech Support and was informed this needed to be addressed at a corporate store. Hmmm... really? Weren't we just there?

Off I went to corporate Verizon store #2, different than the one we visited an hour earlier. Paraphrasing,
the conversation went something like this:

ME: “There seems to be a problem with my phone. Would you mind taking a look at it?”

KSP: “Yes, there's something definitely wrong. Let me talk to my manager.”

(hushed whispers and head nodding)

KSP: “I don't know why they would tell you to come here. Call Samsung.”

ME: “OK.”

On the road again, back to A Wireless in Baldwin. Steve and Patrick were a bit dismayed at the response from the corporate folks, but we were on our own it seemed. I was grateful that Steve was willing to get the wheels turning by putting in a call to Samsung Tech Support. Describing the situation to the nice lady on the other end of the line, with me providing the personal information and Steve giving the technical details, we were able to get a repair ticket set up. I was also provided with appropriate shipping materials and packing to assure safe passage for my phone on its trip.

Samsung paid for 2nd Day Air shipping to and from their repair facility. Today, a week and a half from the beginning of this affair, my phone was returned as good as new. Steve and Patrick took care of the activation process and there is order in the universe again.

Best Verizon store experience I have ever had. Felt listened to versus just a sale.

Brice was awesome.. He did an amazing job on fixing the phones so they worked Like they were supposed to.. Thank you again..
