Don't go here if you need or want something, cause they will be out of stock, or it'll be broken!

Holiday Stationstores customers, please beware! I have never been so frustrated with a business and appalled at the lack of customer service. On June 18th, I completely filled my tank up with 14.5 gallons of unleaded gasoline at Holiday in Roberts, WI. Afterwards, my car died in the parking lot. I had it towed to the mechanic, and one week later, I finally get my car back to find out the gasoline was contaminated. I would love to know what I put in my car, because this "gas" doesn't smell or even look like gasoline. I have tried calling your customer service hotline and have heard NOTHING back. I have also tried contacting the Roberts, WI store 4 times by phone and even once in person. The entire situation is on camera, and I have the receipt that clearly states that I filled my tank with unleaded fuel. Holiday is completely avoiding this issue and clearly don't care about their customers.

This is the worst holiday I have ever been to. Car wah never works, pumps are always busted or only half of the fuel options work. Some of the employees are alright and friendly but there's a couple that just like drama. Icee machine is never working.

Went car wash today payed for 9 dollar cash wash. Didn’t get dollar back or receipt went into store to complain and manager stated he could help me without reciept. Told him that I didn’t get reciept. Still wouldn’t help left disgusted.
