First off the flood the review is referring to happend 20 years ago. It affected other businesses. To my knowledge (I'm 67 with a clear memory) the drainage problem was fixed and there's not been another flood since.
Secondly, the management is very professional with excellent PR skills! 👏 Service with a smile. They helped me get the right size we needed.
Thirdly, my wife and I love their security. It's behind an electric fence that one can access during business hours with a code they provide you with. After entry, there's so many security cameras one couldn't fart without being recorded.
Fourthly, one can rent and pay by phone. I was very pleased with their affordable prices. They accept debit cards and offer recurring payments.

LyQueshia is an amazing person she goes above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what you are getting she explains every step and make sure you understand the whole process if it wasn’t for her this place would just be another storage place

So far the Best storage, the hospitality was a 10/10 along with customer service.The unit space and property were very clean. The only issue was that the google search results did Not do the location justice at all. They even had tremendous discount on top of being the most affordable option in the area. If you’re looking for a storage for any reason in the Brandon area this is the place!🤩

I rented a climate controlled large unit for 9 months and was very pleased. My belongings were safe and in good shape when I took them out. It was easy to access anytime I needed to do so and Victor and his staff were friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them if you have need of a secure, clean well managed storage facility.

Great storage only downer is it close at six I got locked out on move out date and had to use my small car to take things back and forth .

If you live in the Crossgates Brandon area, this is one of the best choices in storage facilities.
They have both standard and climate controlled storage units, and the manager pretty easy to get along with

Those that know this place from the 1990's will be glad to know that they no longer have the flooding issues that they once had.
