Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

For some reason I was unable to do the survey printed on my receipt, but I still could NOT miss the opportunity to shout out MS. ERICA! She was the most patient, kind-hearted, professional as the kids I brought struggled to put their orders together. As I was leaving she noticed that I was struggling out the door with a handful. With the biggest smile, she ran to the rescue with a DQ bag and helped me package my things! I believe in showing appreciation for little acts of kindness and Ms. Erica along with the delicious ice cream truly made my day better !

This place was awesome. I loved the food which was warm and nicely cooked. The fries and chicken tenders were amazing.This place was well kept up. The staff were nice and respectful. I recommend this place for the people in the Brandon area.

The food was hot!! It also was season good.

The shakes I ordered were great, but they need more help. The cashier had to ring me up and then make the milk shakes I ordered which made for a long wait because he had to wait on the people that were in front of me the same way.
But our Dairy Queen is great!!

On Father's Day, driving in from out of state, we called ahead knowing there were restrictions on service during COVID-19 shut downs. We were in a 30 foot RV that could not turn around in their parking lot or do the drive thru. A very nice young lady came across to the Kettle parking lot & took our order, delivered it out to our vehicle & was so helpful & courteous. The staff couldn't have been more customer service oriented! The food was what you'd expect with that dedication to service.

Almost makes some memories from when I was younger come 2mind. Clean, clean big ladies room plenty of room, very generous with the soft ice cream cone's. Friendly staff. Enjoy, Bless you all❤🕊🙏🏻🌹🦋🤗🤗🤗👍👍

This was the FIRST Dairy Queen we saw on our way home from Gatlinburg. We took the exit and ordered us some Blizzards as a treat! They were perfect!

Wanted a DQ icecream cake...and a little goody...dipped cone....I have to eat those and not drive cause they mesmerize me.

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill
My husband and I went to pick up something to eat for supper. We both got a chicken strip basket (6 pc), I got a medium M&M blizzard and my husband got his normal, large Oreo blizzard. We went home and ate. We both really enjoyed our supper.

The staff at this location was so kind and professional. We got our order quickly and it was delicious!

Great breakfast menu! I like the fact that many breakfast menu items are made to order, exactly the way I prefer ! Very friendly employees. Once ordered, the items are quickly prepared as requested.

Took 1 of my GRANDSONS to eat & his Food was good but my Burger 🍔 seemed like it was spoiled! But the Blizzards were DELICIOUS 😋 😋👍👍‼

I got a peanut butter parfait today. I haven't had one in over twenty years. It was so good. Brought back some great memories. Thank you.
