Very friendly and helpful staff and management. I have had to go into the office once as I misplaced the key to my lock and I was promptly serviced with a lock cut and a new lock. Easy and painless. Ms. Melanie was also very helpful over the phone when I notified them that I have found a home for my storage items in my new house and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed with making this my final payment.

Great place to store your belongings. The manager, Melanie, went above and beyond to help us. You can tell she truly values your business. Then, after arrival today we were super impressed with the climate controlled unit we had rented over the phone. Thanks Melanie for all your help. Jeff and I appreciate your kindness.

Jeremy should be given a pay raise, his customer service skills are perfect, my wife and I got there today at 5:30 5:45 we were unloading, the unit is nice close
