When exchanging, be prepared to show your receipt. Even if you have it, you may be asked to pay the difference between prior promotion and current promotion instead of an even exchange of the exact same item in a preferable scent.

Received my order to find both my jars of witches brew to be broken. Called to get replaces and was told out of stock, not even October yet. Did get replacement,but my order was placed primarily for the witches brew that I now don't have for the holidays 😢

Definitely didn’t appreciate the mumbling and crude looks from the staff when looking around the store with family.
