Took my daughter to get her cdl test today. I didn't remember the ladies name that took care of her needs but she was great friendly,and fast and very professional. She was at window #8
After she took care of my daughter. I happened to remember my driver's license was coming up for renewal in Sept and I asked if she could renew it for me while I was waiting for my daughter to finish her testing.
She said she would be glad to renew it for me . So that was very nice of her saves me a trip back in September.
Very pleased for the fast friendly service .

I arrived at 8:05 and was back in my car by 8:25. Super easy! My wait time was about 10 minutes. The person that waited on my was friendly and made the experience even better!

Hello folks.
Just visited your Fairview location in Meridian to register an out of state vehicle 04/17/2024 around 2pm.
Wait time was less than ten minutes.
My number was 009 Chris Welsh.
The gentleman at the farm end with glasses was so helpful!
Walked me through every step, checked the VIN, got me some reading glasses so I could see to sign.
He also re-sent the title to my in state Cadillac after USPS sadly misplaced it at no charge.
Very friendly!
Highly recommend!
Someone give him a raise or at least another Bigfoot model!

We had a great experience as new residents in Idaho registering our vehicle here, shoutout to Helen who was very patient and helpful. They're excellent at walking you through what steps you must take to get everything done correctly and how long your tabs, license, and registration will be valid through. For an additional $10, the kind lady who helped us was able to get us signed up for an Idaho Parks Pass we were really excited to add to our new registration. Everyone working here was friendly, attentive, and kind. There was never a full waiting area any of the times we stopped in, and they're flexible to allow for what you need to be sorted smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend this DMV location, thank you.

First off, I dread all dmvs....BUT I came in to get my tags. Immediate warm welcome, pulled my ticket and number called instantaneously. The gal was helpful and in and out in under 10 minutes. No appointment needed AND this location does everything! Kind of a hidden gem of a dmv station I think!

I love the DMVs here in Ada Co. You can get an appointment within 24-48 hours and walk in are only a 15-20 min wait. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. This branch is great.

Registered many cars in many states. Best experience ever by far! Daryl was professional, patient and cordial through the entire process.

This Driver's License office is truly a hidden gem. It is so good in fact, I was almost hesitant to provide a review out of fear of letting the secret out. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, and can easily be made online. The appointment system at this institution, the competence of the employees and the centralized location all come together to make the experience as easy, efficient, and effective as possible. I have been to this location 3 times now, and have not waited more than 3 minutes to be called to a window to be helped. The facility was very clean and well organized during all visits. Bravo, bravo.

July 28th; thanks so much to manger Clayton Hall, today he contact and discussed with us about two days ago we visited their facility issues. This manager take care our customers very well, best manager will have best team, this manager should get 5 stars, but for this woman who work there but has no patients still only should get 2 stars.. July 25th; Today my husband and I went to do our car because we just moved here from other state, go in the door second window has a short hair not old and lean woman start with my husband was not patient and very rude , for many years in US unusual to see this bad service attitude . But later she changed to little nicer, so can gave two stars, hope this kind service person should have more patience as third window the big nice guy. Still thanks for your work.

Amazing! I was really dreading going into a DMV office until I walked in to this place. I had just a five minute wait, and then the most pleasant woman greeted me with a big smile and a friendly hello when I was called to her station. Her name is Adriana, and she patiently explained everything to me without hurrying me at all. I hope you have the pleasure of having her as your representative! Adriana is a truly nice person. I love this DMV! There's almost never a line, all the staff I've dealt with are friendly and most importantly able to solve weird problems. I had a mess with a title from a friend that had gotten lost when he passed away unexpectedly. I expected a huge hassle. Nope! They figured it out and right there, in that same office, during my same visit-were able to find the title and order a new one with all the corrected information so I could get it to his family and they could sell the vehicle. I mean that is above and beyond anything I expected. I love this office.

In and out within 5 minutes. I pulled my ticket number and got called immediately. I was just completing a release of liability so nothing extensive. The staff member was really friendly and helpful. I’ll be back to register my new car when I purchase it.

I recently had my companion of many years pass away. In his will, he had left me one of his vehicles. So, I was there to transfer the title and register in my name. Apparently, I was missing a few documents needed to do this. Daryl, at window no. 2 recognized that I was still struggling emotionally quite a bit with everything and was ever so kind and helpful. I am thankful someone like him was there to make what I was anticipating to be a bad experience, a not so bad one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Daryl. You deserve a raise!

Been to this location a couple times and they’ve all been very pleasant, tellers are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind, Adriana helped me this last time and she was great.

Just an excellent group of professionals...extremely impressive..its like a day at the beach!

Excellent service every time I go there (Ice been there three or four times now). My wait time has never been more than 20 minutes and service is always good. Everyone is always very friendly and very patient. What a difference!! I’ve been to the DMV a few times in California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The DMV in those states is always a bad experience…especially in California where the DMV workers are always rude and you always have to wait over 2 hours! Sheesh!
Idaho’s DMV is one more reason to love Idaho and they are an example of what a DMV should be like.
The negative reviews that are on here were obviously left by Idahoans that have never been to another DMV or by complainers that came from California or other overly liberal states.

Great service, very knowledgeable, and necessarily helpful! Expect wait times due to the amount of people needing served, but once you get to the window the people here are happy to help! This location offers title, registration, and other services, but keep in mind the drivers license DMV is near the mall in Boise.

My experience, and there have been many!... have all been very pleasant. I own many trucks in my company fleet and Tina has always taken care of me in quick order and with a polite attitude. I won't go to any other DMV location in the future!! The ladies at the windows there rock!!

Best DMV experience ever! No joke. We came with an appointment but never needed it. We were greeted at the door & directed to a window before we could even check in. The registration process was quick, efficient & the clerk was super nice & helpful. She answered all of our questions. The office is very nice & well kept.
