Great work. Daniel really took the time to understand my project.

I'm not sure what the issue is with Daniel's business right now, but his continued failure to communicate is a clear sign that he lacks business professionalism. He may do great work, but when you are continually told something would be done by a certain date and then it isn't and the only way to find out the status is to pester him for a response, what opportunity is there to have him get future business from me??? NONE!

Sometimes the smart thing to do is just tell the customer, I am unable to complete the job for you. That way you don't lose out on future business.

I am posting this with great reservation because I believe in giving everyone ample opportunity. But Daniel has burned his bridge with me.

Something that started on Jan 14th with a let me get back to you tomorrow, which took three days should have been a red flag for me.

Then he committed to completing the job for P/U on Jan 21st.

Then he had a machine issue. Fine no problem he was going to do them by hand for me.

Then nothing, days go by after several attempts to reach him and finally he gets back to me. He was very apologetic and told me he was on it and I'd have them by Saturday Jan 29th.

Since Saturday, zero communication. I have called and texted with no response.

It's a shame I was looking forward to establishing a business relationship with a local machinist. I guess I will need to look elsewhere.
