Public Storage

We stored our things from 2018, until 2024. It’s climate controlled so our framed prints and photos remained safe. Easy to access, anytime! I’d use them again. Upon our move out, Wes was very helpful ! A positive experience for us.

We were received by Wes - an incredible professional with a great personal touch. He really went the extra mile to facilitate our move. The storage facility is very clean and well organized. Tops!

I had a unit here to store my furniture while moving. My stuff stayed dry and secure! There's plenty of space between units for loading your car! The office staff were nice!

I decided to rent a storage unit for an upcoming move. Upon looking on the website, I found the size that I wanted and when I submitted a request for an appointment I immediately received a call from Wes. He was so kind, answered all of my questions and gave me peace of mind. He met with me when I came for a tour to make sure that it was what I was looking for. Wes is absolutely the best! Every interaction with him is just fun and positive. I'd stop by the office just to say hi to him. We really need more seniors in the workforce. They just are better employees: hard working, care about the quality of their work, best customer service, go the extra mile, and enjoyable interactions. The facility was nice too. Worth going a bit out of the way.

Online free reservation is great. Keep in mind units starting with a 1 are true first floor. The "2..." units are second floor, but there are 1st & 2nd floor drive-in entrances -- 1st floor is drive thru. Actual location of your unit will determine the shortest access route. Online rental worked well... but still lots of paperwork.

Wes is awesome, gave me the full tour with instructions and tips for our loads into the unit. Was definitely a value add to see the unit, access options and plan a route with his help. Very clear, very helpful, made the experience easy and enjoyable.

This storage facility is temperature-controlled, very clean and has easy access. After my initial communication with an outstanding representative through Public Storage's central number, I worked with Wes at the actual storage site to get everything set up and he was equally outstanding. He provided friendly, professional and thorough service.

My experience was superior. I was really amazed at the friendly quick and professional service I received at Public Storage through Wes on my initial contact, tour, consultation, contract signing/review, and move-in instructions. Wes was very helpful up to and including my final move into my storage rental space. He was fantastic and put my mind at ease regarding a smooth move in to my storage space; ease of access and the facilities security. Additionally, he has been a great help since my move in if I stop by during office business hours.
I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Public Storage through the friendly professional help I got from Wes and the confidence I have in what I see at the Public Storage facility in Plymouth, Minnesota.

Our experience at Public Storage was fantastic. Wes listened to our needs and found the perfect unit for us. It was secure, easy for us to access as needed and spotlessly clean. The whole rental process went very smoothly and quickly, as did the check out process when we were finished. With the $1 move-in special, the price just could not be beat. It was a great experience and I'd gladly rent there again.

When we were preparing our house to sell, we contacted Wes and David at the Plymouth, MN Public Storage. They were delightful! Both were very helpful setting us up for the right size unit, and always available to answer any questions. It was easy to access, with carts always available. The facility was also very clean and felts very safe. I highly recommend using them.
