Excellent sushi. Very generous roll sizes. Chicken Fried rice was a bit soy sauce heavy. Yakisoba noodles are very sweet for my taste, but still delightful.

My husband and I went tried out their maki sushi because we heard great things about them. First, their rolls are very thick and fills your mouth completely. I very much enjoyed the feeling, although you can ask for thinner slices if you want. So far, I have been here twice and really enjoyed their maki rolls. Normally, I like to eat a lot but an order of calamari and 3 rolls was enough food for my husband and me. The chefs are Hispanic and have great personality. Our server was also hospitable and was attentive to us.

Literally one of my favorite spots to get good quality sushi in the cities. The staff are quick and efficient and the vibe is cozy. Just a forewarning that the rolls are huge but absolutely delicious.

Best sushi in the Midwest! I absolutely love this place and it’s my go-to for company and anyone who appreciates quality sushi. Pricey compared to most places in the area, but so worth it! Thanks for all the years of quality sushi, Yumis!

I’ve been coming to Yumi’s every time I’m in town and went tonight. We had the Tuna Crispy Rice appetizer with a Tonka Roll and K-Pop roll that was a special for the night. I’m an avid sushi lover, and my dad is a newbie, but we both absolutely loved the meal. Can’t go wrong with what you order!

I was so excited to eat the food here that I forgot to take pictures of the sushi rolls, sashimi, and Tako Salad. Excellent food and service. We’ll be back soon and I’ll remember to take photos before digging in.

One of the best sushi restaurant in Twin Cities. The rolls are huge and tasteful. Service is great! You can't go wrong with whatever rolls you order. We have tried them all and they are all amazing. I don't recommend order udon noodles since it is very basic and in my opinion not really worth the price. Otherwise, highly recommend Yumi for sushi date or dinner with family. My son didn't like sushi but after taking him there the 1st time, he loves it and asks to come back all the time.

Yumi's has some of the most delicious sushi I've ever had! The slices are very large, and every bite is an amazing combination of fresh ingredients. They also had a very cute candle on our tray for a birthday we were celebrating!

This is my favorite sushi place in Minnesota. The quality is outstanding and, while the prices seem high at first in comparison to other places in the area, the portion sizes make up for it, so maybe order one fewer roll or fewer order of sashimi than you would have and enjoy the amazing sushi.
They don't take reservations, but I don't think I have ever had to wait very long. There's parking in the back, which is busy but I can usually find a spot.

This is our all-time family favorite! Our son loves the special attention he gets, and we have never found sushi that is better anywhere else!

Yumi sushi is the very best you can get in Minnesota. The rolls are huge and delicious with a generous portion of fish. No matter what you have, you can’t go wrong! The service is also top notch.

Delicious and reliable. Pretty typical price point for good quality sushi. A few notes:

- the rolls have typically been room temp, especially those with cooked/tempura elements which may be a little disconcerting to those used to a chilled roll.
- Price range for a specialty roll is between $19-$26 on average. However, they are quite large and generously laden with toppings.
- The tables are quite small, lol. Not a problem, but just a note. It gets crowded with 3+ plates very easily.

Recommendations:
- Red Dragon Roll (best roll I’ve had here!)
- Agedashi Tofu

The flavors and ingredients have always been fresh and good quality. Never had a complaint regarding service, even when busy. However, would recommend making reservations if you have a party that is larger than 2.

Sushi was excellent. Service was good as was the atmosphere.

Awesome service. They forgot an item in our takeout order, so they called us immediately to come back and get it. I’ve never had a restaurant do that before. All of the staff were very friendly too
