Scrapple, egg and cheese on white toast, $6.25, cash only. I don’t think things have changed much at Angelo’s in the last 25 years. Good meal at a fair price and Elvis memorabilia, what more can you ask for??

Perfect breakfast made the classic homemade way full of flavour. Friendly people, transport yourself to this 1950's fantastically aromatic style diner for a relaxed delicious meal. Shakes, soda fountain-style drinks, grilled favourites.

We had been meaning to stop in for a while and we finally got the chance. Angelo's Luncheonette has been in existence for 55 years. It is small and has an only school feel. We liked the interior a lot. You can tell they have a lot of regulars which is always a good sign. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The food was good and inexpensive. We had breakfast but they had quite a few lunch options as well. Note: They are not open on weekends. Also, this is a cash only establishment. We enjoyed our time there. We will be back.

The corn beef hash is the best I ever had. Everytime I go I tell myself to try something different. But I never do. Lol. I'm telling you. If you like. Try the corn beef hash! Will not disappoint

Angelo’s has been slinging hash for 50 years. Now it’s run by “Muz” who is in his 70’s and working hard. Good old fashioned small town diner where everyone knows your name. Muz whips up good eggs, an awesome onion-heavy homefries, and a solid spicy italian sausage. So glad i am moving to the neighborhood!

The best! Love the food, love the people even more. This is not haute cuisine but have you ever had jelly in your Monte Cristo? It’s so good!

Adorable classic luncheonette counter with super friendly staff and delicious diner menu. My friend and I had breakfast for lunch and it was Heaven. Just what I was looking for.

Best breakfast and the staff are so friendly from the moment you walk in your greeted with a good morning by the cook who you can clearly see he loves his job and makes every meal with love. The waitress is also very nice and attentive in checking to make sure you have all you need also very sweet. They truly make you feel at home and not to mention that great "Thanks for coming and have a great day" on the way out is so humbling. I absolutely love this place. Oh and be ready for the Elvis Presley experience the place is covered in it everywhere 😁👌

I’ve been past this place for years and finally stopped in to grab a sandwich for lunch. Delicious turkey and excellent and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back again.

Exceptional ambiance. We loved sitting at the bar and watching him work his magic on the flattop. Good food, warm and welcome atmosphere, great prices.

I had the most delicious chicken cheesesteak I've ever had.The chicken was seasoned to perfection,roll was fresh and I just enjoyed it very much.Can't wait to go back again.The staff is exceptional friendly and welcoming.👍👍

Sooooo this is a weird review because I didn't actually eat there however, I did meet some buddies there that did. I write this review as a testament to the local-ness and family type atmosphere this is. My buddies enjoyed their diner like breakfast, eggs and toast and bacon. The owner and staff make this place worth reviewing, even though I didn't eat there.

The owner has been the same owner for the past ~50+ years and is truly a pillar of his community. It's the type of place you read about where this diner has been the hub of the community forever and everyone in the diner has been going for years and welcomes you in like family. I didn't even eat and I enjoyed this place to write a review!

Quaint little neighborhood restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. Don't expect a modern facility. This restaurant will take you back in time where the server and cooks are all in the open and very friendly and service minded. Sit at the bar and chat away like you'd imagine it was done 40+ years ago. Food is cooked with love and it was such a cool experience. Try it out at least once to experience something different.

This is a nook of history... On the top of their door it says 'enter as strangers, leave as friends'... It really sums up what your experience will be like. The place is full of Elvis memorabilia with cool things from the past. I just wish they would open over the weekends. 🙂

Had the pleasure of dining here for the first time today. I do feel slight shame, seeing that I’ve lived in Delaware my entire life, yet this was my first time here. One thing is for certain. I will be making up for lost time. As simple as breakfast can be, my scrapple egg and cheese sandwich was absolutely PERFECT. Not only was the breakfast amazing, but I can safely say that adding Muz to my life has officially made it better. Thank you.

My favorite spot in all of Wilmington. It is 1000% worth to make the trip while they’re open. Feels like you’re just eating in a friends kitchen (in the best way). As one of their signs says- they’re not here to make money, they’re here to make friends- but they sure do deserve a big tip every time for the wonderful food+service!!
