Wonderful experience with the associates in store today and yesterday. I bought 2 rings — one as a gift for someone else, and that ring ended up being a bit too small for her. The workers in store made it very easy and hassle-free for me to switch the size. They were also really friendly and helpful with all my questions — I will be coming back due to the excellent service :)

I just went in this afternoon at the Freehold Raceway Mall location on Mother’s Day. Despite being very busy, we were ushered in immediately and sent over to Sue for assistance. I informed Sue that my one charm had lost a crystal and I was interested in seeing my options for repair. Without question or further inquiries, Sue just carried on a pleasant conversation with me while she swapped out my defective charm for a brand new one.

I am a retail manager and was thrilled to receive this kind of outstanding customer service. This is the type of experience that will keep me tremendously loyal to Pandora and specifically this location!
