My husband purchased a new wedding ring here after losing my last one. The staff were great, & made us feel very comfortable, with no pressuring sales tactics. Just great customer service. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and they were able to resize my new ring the same day!

Every time i go to Jared of freehold everyone is always so helpful & caring. They’re always able to answer all of my questions & are so accommodating. Chris is an all star ! My husband & i always make sure he’s the one who takes care of us & he always does.
Rick has made my engagement ring, my wedding band & even reset my engagement ring. His work is phenomenal & surely speaks for itself. Together Chris & Rick create beautiful pieces that leave everyone speechless.
I get at least one compliment a day on my wedding band & engagement ring especially.

AMAZING experience! My fiancé and I bought our original engagement ring and wedding band from Patti and it was beautiful. As time went on we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone and have a custom setting made. We had such a great experience with Patti the first time that our first thought was “let’s go see Patti.” Being a customer of her’s in the past, she had already known that I’m extremely particular and very precise in what I want. Patti was up for the challenge. We wanted to upgrade my round stone set in white gold, to a larger cushion cut in a different style platinum setting. The size stone that I wanted was not carried in the store, so Patti and Robert took quite a bit of time searching for the perfect stone, all while showing us our options along the way. Once we picked the perfect stone, we began to explain our vision for the settings. Patti and Robert were so patient showing us different rings from different cases so that our vision was understood 100%. I was EXTREMELY precise on how I wanted the side stones and band stones to appear and the width of the prongs in between each stone. When the first diagram came in, Patti and Robert noticed immediately that the prongs were not exactly what I was looking for and knew there needed to be an adjustment. I was blown away that they knew what my vision truly was and the feeling that they “get me” was awesome! It was such a reassuring feeling that my fiancé and I, Patti and Robert were all on the same page. The process of my ring was in the perfect hands!
Throughout the whole process, Patti kept in touch with us every step of the way. She’s so super sweet, there was even a time with my work schedule I could only come in on her day off. She actually came into the store on her day off to meet with us so that the process didn’t get held up. I could not believe it. Talk about going above and beyond! It was so heartwarming to know that our ring was just as important to Patti! The process was extremely smooth, in a reasonable about a time, but most of all thanks to Patti and Robert it was a lot of fun! When Patti reached out to me for the date that the ring would be ready, I was a little disappointed because that was the same day we were leaving for a two week vacation. Without hesitation Patti said, give me some time and let me see what I can do. Well, she pulled off a miracle because she got us the ring FIVE days before vacation!! We were ecstatic! On the day we went into Jared to pick up the ring, all the employees were telling us “wait till you see it, it’s beautiful, it’s gorgeous.” Patti eagerly gave me the ring box, and when I opened it, I was speechless! I started to cry and so did Patti! The smile on my fiancé’s and Robert’s face was priceless! There was so much thought and emotion put into this wedding set by the four of us, that by the end of the process, we truly felt like Patti and Robert are family. The commitment that Patti and Robert made to us to create our dream ring means the world to us. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and turned out to be more than we could have ever imagined. Within a month of having the ring people stop me constantly, complementing me about it and believe it or not it’s mostly from men and the first question is always “You had to have had that custom-made?” “Did he get that custom made?” “A ring like that is definitely custom!” My response… we did!… We went to Jared!!😊

I always have a great experience at Jared’s. Chris is one I insist upon, finding me what I want. Of course I’m a jewelry lover for many many years and always find what I’m looking for at Jared’s.

I spoke to Chris on the phone couple weeks ago about a ring that I saw on the website and he gave me his best opinion on it. Then Chris helped me to find another ring similar to it and when I saw it, I was really surprise and got so interested more than what I picked. I came in the store today 07/07/2023 to get Chris help again just 20 minutes before his shift was bout to end, I finalize my decision to pick out the ring Chris have shown me, of what he thought it would look great on her finger. Chris even wrapped the ring for me, so much appreciated. Chris is just amazing person whom shared his great experience to me and other people. I needed 2 jewelry items to be repaired and worked with Brian and Robert in the Freehold Raceway location. They were so welcoming and fit me in during this busy Christmas season. Between the jewelers, manager and sales team, I had such a positive experience. I can’t wait to go back and purchase more jewelry from Jared at this location. They are the best!

I had the best experience here yesterday! My boyfriend gave me an engagement ring (that he did not purchase from Jared), and unfortunately it was a few sizes too small. We called and asked if they would resize it for us and said yes so we went in. Kathy, Robert and Sharon were all so amazing and personable, and they all helped me pick the perfect size! It was not even a total of two hours we were there and the ring came out amazing! We did pay a small fee for them to size it up but that was expected and was not as much as I anticipated, considering he did not buy the ring there. I cried when I put the ring on my finger seeing it fit for the first time. The staff members are lovely and they made the best day of my life that much better!!!!

On Jun 14 I visited to buy a gift for a special friend I was greeted by Cathy Puca a delight she gave me the space I needed and I zeroed in on an awesome gold link bracelet w diamond heart ❤ charm I sparked up a conversation with great guy. My friend in FL was overjoyed. GREAT to enjoy my visit will return!!!

My husband originally bought my engagement ring from here with the help of Chris. We then went back to purchase our wedding bands and now to get my ring resized. The wonderful customer service Chris provides us is always so amazing. He is so welcoming, has so much patience and is so genuine! He really makes shopping here easy, we plan to keep coming back to him for any jewelry needs.

My husband got my engagement and wedding rings from here and he knew to return to get me an anniversary present! They always have the best selection and have a friendly and helpful staff. They rushed my order so we were able to leave with my new piece and that just made my day. Will definitely be returning and asking for Marie cause she’s the best!

Amazing!!! It was our very first time going to Jared and it was the best decision we could have made. We went in to get an idea for an engagement ring. We were greeted by Patti who was an absolute sweetheart and total pleasure to work with. Being very “picky” about what I wanted, Patti picked up on that right away knowing I was very “specific” and catered to exactly what I was interested in. She was very attentive to what I did and did NOT want and made sure to lead us in the right direction. Once She showed us a ring that caught my eye, She gave us many options both size and price wise all while being respectful of us and giving us space now and then to talk things over as a couple. Patti was patient, truly listened to what we wanted and made us feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. After deciding on a ring, I wanted a specific stone and size. Without question, Patti consulted with Chris who also was just the sweetest, did some research, and ordered some options for us expressing there was no obligation at all, just a start to see what suits us best. We were so beyond happy with the exceptional service from Patti and Chris, we ordered the engagement ring and purchased my matching wedding band. On our second visit, the engagement ring was flawless! The stones for the center were beautiful but we still wanted something a little different. Patti went right to work and ordered two more without question. We told Patti in the meantime, we had seen a gorgeous men’s wedding band on the Jared website we wanted to see but it wasn’t on hand. She ordered it for us with no problem. I also mentioned a Bulova watch I saw online, she showed it to me and that beauty came home with us! ☺ On our third visit, we fell in love with the perfect stone Patti had ordered and the men’s band was even more gorgeous in person so we purchased it! While I had the stone in my ring, Chris walked by complimenting how beautiful it was and you could honesty tell he was sincere, not just trying to make the sale. That’s honestly what we loved about our experience at Jared with Patti and Chris, they were sincere and honest and truly had our best interest at heart! It felt like we had been going there for years, and now we definitely will be!! On a side note, My Boyfriend’s friend Jared is the one that introduced us and because of him we found our soulmates. Unfortunately Jared passed away. So for us, having these rings come from Jared means so much more than it just being a jewelry store. It’s our Jared that started our journey and because “He went to Jared” there will be a piece of our sweet friend Jared with us always! 😌

Chris and Kathy are THE BEST. My husband and I bought my engagement ring, and our wedding bands from them. Our experience was off the charts. We will DEFINITELY be buying all of our jewelry only from them. They are the most honest and most professional people we have come into contact with. We not only built a relationship with them in the store, but also love just stopping buy and seeing them. They are genuine and so kind. We couldn't be more happy and grateful for our experiences with them. Looking forward to many more!!

My experience with Jared store in Freehold Mall is always gives me a great satisfaction and sense of holiday .Staff is there very helpful, polite and knowledgeable in jewelry. Especially I would like to mansion Chris, who are extremely pro , goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with your purchase , good mannered and pleasure to deal with . Also many times manager Robert gave me advices and help me when I need it , he always there very cheerful !
I recommend it this store for my friends and family , and I know they were happy with there service’s .Thank you Chris 🙏❤

My review is overdue,, I apologize to the employees in this Freehold location. They have all gone above and beyond the call of a jeweler. Fixing my very old wedding ring and making it look like the day my husband put it on was amazing. I can't thank them enough for the time and effort they put in. I will be using them for all of my jewelry needs. The head repair technician is amazing!

Robert and Maria were amazingly helpful with our whole experience. We were able to pick out a new diamond and setting and in one day bring it home. We couldn’t be happier!

This is our third piece here and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Got a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band for a great price. Fantastic customer service. The gentleman remembered our names a week later when we picked up the rings. Will definitely be returning in the future.
