Joan and tailia from zales in freehold mall deffintley made my day as I walked in to pick up my engagement ring they cleaned my other and band and we got to talking and they helped me find the most beautiful earrings for my wedding that I almost cried tears 😭 of joy theese ladies are awesome do you want to enter the store and leave extremely satisfied please visit them to be disappointed 10 stars 🌟 😊

I love going to Zales because they are always so helpful. I went to the one in freehold mall and the lady who helped me Dina was excellent. She was very patient with me as I was trying to pick out the perfect necklace for my wedding day. I give them an A+

Dina was extremely helpful with finding a “Push-Gift” for my Fiancé to commemorate our daughter’s birth. She was so sweet and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had about each piece I looked at before settling on this Emerald Heart. Her easy going demeanor and nurturing spirit made me feel like I was making the right decision.

Joan at the Freehold raceway mall went above and beyond for me. She took her time to make sure that paperwork was in order. And assured me that she would do everything possible to make the repairs on my ring as painless for me as possible. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care that she took with me.

Visited the zales store in freehold n.j. I lost a diamond in my bridal set. Michael S and Dina were excellent from the start. My ring is being fixed with out any issues and I should receive my ring back in two weeks. Would recommend this store.

My fiancée just went in to have my ring cleaned. He was assisted by Michael and Joan. They greeted him warmly and helped with any concerns, not to mention my ring looks beautiful after getting cleaned! We’ll be returning to this location if we need help with anything else! Went in for some rings, staff was very helpful and personable. Ann and Joan were a good duo, very helpful and a pleasure to be around. Made some jokes and had a nice experience ordering some rings.

I was impressed by the service and attention I was given. I haven't gone to this mall in over 3 years but today I went to zales to purchase a gift for one person and left with 3 different items.
