Absolutely the most professional/polite Kay Jewelers I’ve visited. Ivanna was so helpful and knowledgeable to me and my fiancé with what we needed. The manager Ben was able to accommodate our short notice order, we couldn’t have asked for a better jeweler store to have helped us purchase. Will definitely drive out of my way to come back to this location.

Stopped in at Kay jewelers to browse and look for a new ring. Was greeted by Fatima, told her we weren’t looking to buy and just browsing. She asked what we were interested in and showed us some rings and helped us find a ring within our budget and told us about the different payment options available, we ended up going from browsing to buying the ring I loved. Loved How helpful and knowledgeable she was and very patient with us. She made us feel very comfortable and will surely be back again to see her for future purchases.

I normally don’t give reviews but I think this one is warranted.Going into Kay jewelers we were greet by “Maryana” who was the most upbeat ,bubbly and charismatic sales associate we have encountered in a very long time. We knew what we wanted and so eager to help us. We was so interested in our story and what had brought us to choose this type of ring for us . We will certainly return for any future purchases and definitely would recommend this store to our family and friends .

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome. Throughout my visit, she was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
What impressed me the most about Samantha was her willingness to listen to my needs and preferences, and then offer thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise. She was patient and never made me feel rushed, despite my many questions and requests.

My boyfriend and I highly recommend this Kay Jewelers. Colin was very nice and patient, especially when I wanted to look at the same thing 3/4 times. Colin treated us as if we have known each other and made you feel comfortable by making small talk. He also pointed out similar items that we may have also liked! The manager Jason was also very nice and patient and he makes sure everyone leaves happy! Thank you Colin and Jason for the awesome experience that we had at Kay!
