I went in four times for a MRI. I am the worst patient. I walked out the three times because I couldn't get in the machine. But the fourth time was it. Valium's saved me. The staff was very very kind. From the check in to the lady in the back, all of them was excellent.

Quick and very friendly staff. This time it
was my xray. They are also very helpful when I bring my daughter who's in a wheelchair for her ultrasounds.

The staff here is a super friendly. Nice tv shows and the chairs are comfy

Today was the second time I have used Ft. Payne Imaging and both visits have been a pleasant experience. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly and they are concerned about your comfort during the procedure. I highly recommend.

Second time i have needed an MRI from FP Imaging and both times was pleasant. The staff was nice and helpful and i had no more than 15 min wait time both visits.

Staff is friendly!

Extremely poor service to say the least. They schedule everyone at the same time and will not assure you of service once you arrive. "Some people have to wait 2 hours" was all I could get out of them. The waiting room was absolutely full. I waited 30 minutes and then the receptionist informed the group that the radiologist would not be there due to family circumstances. At that point I asked for my check back.
Update: My orthopedic doctor asked that I return to FP Imaging after they had talked to them about my previous visit. They apologized for the previous visit and performed a MRI in a very courteous, efficient, and effective manner. I have changed the previous star rating accordingly.
