Midtown GR

Cozy venue. I liked the different seating areas. Seats were comfy, although very close together. Parking was easy, as you can use the Studio Park ramp to easily get inside. Only way to get parking validated is if you buy something from the movie theater concession stand or go to a movie, so plan on paying the ramp fee if you park in the ramp and see a show at Midtown.

Great venue! Super intimate with great acoustics, it was my first time seeing a show at Midtown and I look forward to going back.

Not a bad seat in the room. My only complaint is the lack of dance/standing space with the way seats are set up. I personally like to move around at concerts and this felt more like a stay seated kind of venue. I do have to say though that the tables and chairs are movable, they're not permanently affixed in their spots, which worked great for our group. We were in the back so we were able to just scoot some seating around and make a little area where we could move around a little more freely.

A nice venue to see a small show. Try to get there early. We didn't and I couldn't really see anything. Luckily, it was a comedian, so there wasn't much to see!

You won't be disappointed, not a bad seat in the place! The staff are friendly & attentive.

Great addition to downtown Grand Rapids. We had a wonderful evening listenting to Cameron Blake and his band at the Listening Room. It was the perfect venue for an intimate musical performance. Great acoustics and they even served drinks! I highly recommend.

This is a awesome place to see a band! Very intimate and not a bad seat in the house! Drink prices are very reasonable and delicious. Can't wait to be back!

Very intimate venue. Excellent service. Heard good feedback from the musicians about the venue being really focused on quality musical experiences. I will definitely be back.

I saw my first show there tonight. "The Bad Plus" played an amazing Jazz set. I love the layout of this place, it is made for music lovers. Intimate setting that brings you up close and personal with the band. Will definitely be going back!

Came for the "I Don't Know What You Know" conversation and artist showcase. The mood upon entering was relaxed and offered great focus on the artists and conversation taking place. The acoustics are incredible! The wait and bar staff were super kind and attentive.

Very intimate venue. Great date night or romantic showing. If you are looking to rock out or dance, this is not a venue for either of those things. However, every seat is a good seat and the drinks are priced well. For anyone wondering how to get here, the listening room is on the second floor of the celebration cinema downtown.

It was great, place to do a photoshoot for the jazz band,Big fun. Will definitely be back.

Visited The Listening Room to see "Coldville" for an intimate acoustic show with guest "Evelyine" both artist killed it. Wonderfully intimate venue with fantastic acoustics. Located just above the "One. Two. Three. Tavern" where we were able to have parking validated with meal purchase. Attached to "Studio Park" parking garage. 20% gratuity included with drink prices which was actually convenient.

Perfect venue for any lover of live music! The sound system will blow you away...and not a bad seat in the house. Attentive wait staff keeps the drinks flowing. The management team has this one nailed. Check it out!

Great place to see live music and perfect size. Everyone was quiet and you could hear all the intricacies of instruments and voices. Look forward to our next visit. They don't validate parking unless you purchase dinner downstairs. Unlike the movie theater.

This little venue is nothing but fantastic. The sound quality is incredible and I love the atmosphere. I'm looking forward to acoustic sets from some well known artists. Will be coming back for years to come.

We went to the opening show last night. The opening act and the headliner were both fantastic. The sound quality in that room is like nothing I have ever heard. It sounded amazing!

First time attending a show. Great atmosphere, service and the drink prices are reasonable. Definitely will be back in the future.
