I've been coming to these locations for 2 years and the owner of these locations Adam has been knowingly selling defective pens I've been going to his Leesburg location primarily over the last 2 years and every single ooze pen that I have ever received from his location specifically has gone defective after 33 days at the most and 15 days at the least I continue to give my business to this location because it's right down the street from my house But when Adam makes it very clear that he is promoting bad business practices and refuses to replace almost a $40 device. I cannot see myself giving my money to any of his locations. And I don't advise anyone else to do so either. Businesses need to do right by their customers. This man knows that he sells defective devices at his Leesburg store. So i'm positive that it doesn't matter about other locations to him. Very disappointed

After asking for the email address to file a complaint ( because it was offered) Which wasn't given to me.
Adam said if he had a new pen that he would exchange it for me after all of his outright refusal to do right by me as a customer. He finally says that at the last minute. After I ask for refunds and that I just wanted to go home. And they didn't even have one available.At this point I just want my money back and he refuses to do that. Because all of his smoke shops are no refunds and no exchanges despite him knowingly selling defective products.

Whenever I come back to Leesburg I know what vape shop to visit! The staff is really friendly and they have great prices. I didn’t take the name of the person who helped me, but he was really attentive. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but they gave me something similar, with much better flavor.

I always get great service at the smoke and vape shop in and out real easy I've heard a few bad reviews about customer service all I can say about that is everybody has their day and sometimes people they just deserve it has been said there are no stupid questions I beg to differ I wear a 15- inch Gerber fixed blade in a sheath I had a woman ask me if it was a concealed weapon there you go Here's your sign I answered her as cordially as I could I said no ma'am this in Florida is what you call open carry and if we don't exercise our rights as free Americans our freedoms not going to last thank you for listening Jimmy Stanford

Well stocked, herbs and tobacco. Wish I could find Kava to drink in this area, but no problem grabbing a few elixir extracts!!! Great CBD selection as well. John and Danny go out of their way to find your best experience.... wish I had another star.

Trey is great at servicing the customers

I roll my own cigarettes and the prices here are pretty low. I also have bought cigarettes at a good price. I usually buy a 6oz bag of the good stuff rolling tobacco, a box of Zen tubes and 1 pack of edgefields and spend about $ 20 bucks. The store is very clean and staff is always friendly.

Great customer service. The young lady took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Extremely knowledgeable about their products. I loved the fact that I truly felt appreciated. I will gladly continue to take my business here!

Customer service during the seperate purchases of mods for my fiance and I was exceptional. Very informative on the products, friendly staff, and the prices were well in touch with the market. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and the shop. I will surely do business with Viper again, no question about that.

Prices are little high on somethings but great on others. Great STAFF very helpful.

Always very helpful and nice. Great atmosphere and it always smells amazing walking in the door. I picked up a caramel apple fritter flavor today...it's amazing! Great pricing for great quality. For a while I was purchasing cheap juice online...it was never really enjoyable. A fellow experienced vape friend of mine counseled me on paying for quality juice and not to buy juice just because it saves my pocketbook. Once I took his advice and started to invest in my experience, my enjoyment of vaping increased greatly. You spend a chunk of money on the unit, why not use quality juice? You get what you pay for and Viper definitely delivers quality. Thanks for taking care of me guys!!

I have shopped here for almost a year. Nice, sweet and extremely knowledgeable staff. They are not at all pushy by trying to sell you more than what you need or want to buy. They do not hover and they give you plenty of time to browse before making your decision. BUT are always available if you have any questions.
They truly care about their customers and ask you questions to learn about you and your vapeing so they can give you the best advice possible for your vapeing needs.
All the employees really want you to have a positive and pleasurable experience at the shop.
I can assure you that you will become a repeat customer.

Nice shop, well kept. Enjoyed Mt.Baker until they upped their prices a bit. Zero interest in the Smoke Shop side but that shouldn’t be considered in ratings. Mods and such are indeed priced a bit higher than other shops but they are matched for the area.

This is a must stop shop! With great customer service and the best prices in town!!
