A rare gem in customer service and quality. I have used Aqua-Marine twice this year so far and they have far exceeded my expectations. They don't treat you like you are a bother to them and they take their time to make sure everything is explained and covered thoroughly. I also find their rates reasonable. It's rare to find businesses like this anymore.

After finally finding a rock gremlin out of Crystal River, I needed a prop refurbish and new lower unit. Aquamarine got it done in about three weeks and my prop looked brand new. Great, speedy service.

Had problems with new motor ( not the dealer's fault ) and we discussed returning the motor. Steve was fair and professional and cut me a check immediately, minus a couple of nicks in the paint. Would HIGHLY recommend Aqua Marine. He is fair and honest,and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy

Second time to use their service department. Very satisfied both times with the quality of their work and the fairness of pricing. Also the most recent visit was the Friday before labor day and they were short staffed I was told to bring my boat in and if I had a easily fixed problem they would probably be able to repair it. They called back 1 hour before closing to tell me they had repaired my problem and if I could get there in an hour it could be picked up. Needless to say I was impressed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again an would recommend them to friends and relatives. Thanks Aqua Marine.

I was sent there by the gentleman at Ace hardware, when Ace Hardware did not have the materials that I needed. The gentleman at aquamarine Sales and Service also did not have the materials that I needed, and was quick to offer yet another resource that did work out. It's heartwarming when businesses are not afraid to give customers information when they company is unable to meet the customer needs.

They are a little busy, so you can't always get a quick turn around. But Steve and Mike do quality work at good prices..

Having lived in the Florida keys for 33 years , Ive had my share of Marine service experiences . Aqua marine is as good as it gets . Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I went in for Engine service , a trailer repair and add trolling motor to my pontoon boat . All handled exceptionally .

April and her crew go above and beyond to make sure your experience with their company is outstanding. We purchased a consignment boat from them and I HIGHLY recommend. I have been a resident in the area for 17years. During that time, I have used 5 different marine services. It is very difficult to fine one the is professional, knowledgeable , and honest. Aqua Marine is outstanding in all areas and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in using this their service.

I've had my zodiac boat with a 15 hp Honda on it serviced there twice in the past two years. Each time, they have done a great job at a fair price. Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and friendly.

So I just want to say that I'm new to Florida and I called several boat repair places and all of them were extremely high with poor customer service. Aqua Marine was hands down the best boat repair shop I have ever gone to. Absolutely amazing service here! These guys are magicians as far as I'm concerned. Our boat not only looks amazing now but the owner him self ran through everything with us and made us feel 100 percent comfortable with everything that was done. I highly suggest going here if you have a boat!!!

SUPER SERVICE... I ended up buying the wrong products , because I had the wrong part numbers .... no fault of the business .. I brought it back , they not only gave me the right parts but refunded me the old parts , even though it was my fault and the packages were torn to bits.... MY Business will be here always .. Been dealing with these guys for years and have referred ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY to them. They go out of their way to make sure you're up and running and have no problem with you bringing it back if something isn't or not to your liking!!!
