Great Service, Friendly and very helpful. The plaza looks like it needs some TLC. Badcock Furniture looks like they just remodeled the out side and always very clean on the inside. I recommend checking the place out .

The Fruitland Park, FL store has phenomenal staff! Lori, Sales Expert has been the only store rep. that I’ve dealt with over the years and she provides excellent care! Some people think Badcock is over-priced. I’ve found them to be within my budget. Quality furniture as well. Meets my needs!

The sales associates and management were very accommodating, patient and informative. Military folks save additional 10% on top of all sales prices. We could not find anything online close to the quality of the couch and loveseat we purchased. When it comes to furniture, there's nothing better than seeing, sitting and touching the items you may end up buying. While we did not go high end with our choices, the pieces we did purchase are very well made, attractive and we qualified for interest free financing too.

Natasha was very helpful and nice.We purchased rocker and swivel and recliner.

Ms. Connie was awesome. She greeted my daughter and I, introduced herself, asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and advised she was available for questions and any assistance we needed. Then she disappeared. Love it. I hate when sales people hover. Ms. Connie is a delight.

They make sure you have all questioned answered before you choose your items. It's nice to know when i need something, I walk inside and it's there. It's unfortunate thou the store in Wildwood fl doesn't even come close to the personal attention that Leesburg store gives for customer service and sales.
