These guys are awesome. Very helpful and were able to replace my phone battery quickly. They even went out of their way to clean out the speakers since I was having issues with hearing.

The guys working there are really on point and professional. I had a few questions and they were very responsive and helpful without trying to withhold information and trying to sell me something instead. I was glad to spend some money on people with good morals and ethics!

Our daughter's charger was not staying in her phone so we took it to the Verizon store. They said the port was bent and since we didn't have insurance it would cost more than the phone was worth and that we should just do the upgrade. .no thank you.... I took into Redmomd IPhone repair services and the gentlemen gladly took the phone and took a tool and popped out a piece from a charger my daughter used of her friend's. ..VIOLA!! He popped it out and BOOM...the phone was perfect! We asked him what we owed him and he said nothing. Awesome service and extremely friendly guys in there!! Highly recommend and they will have my business for future computer, cell phone, techy issues!!
