Whataburger

Their burgers are amazing, but the breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired. Bland flavors. The often hyped honey butter chicken biscuits don't live up to expectations. The cinnamon rolls taste as though they were left in a steam bath. Gummy texture. Stale Hostess cinnamon rolls have a little more flavor.

Nice to have a location in Fort Smith now. The food is great and the building is really cool. The drive thru was busy and the indoor counter had a few people in line, but I still received my order within 5 minutes.

Great burgers. Was happy when they built one here. Service can be a little slow at times, but no where as slow as most drive throughs.

I have to be totally honest about my visits at whataburger because I fell in love with whataburger in Florida and was do excited about this one in ft smith. 1st visit awesome brand new, 2nd - 5th visits terrible from wrong preps to cold food this time number 6 I was very specific and my food was exactly as ordered and hot. I had a #2 w/cheese mayo,tomato, and onion only with onion rings. VERY IMPRESSED will definitely return

Nice clean place, good food, friendly service. Love the Dr Pepper shake. Also can park my semi truck on dead end street behind it.

I’ve been coming to this Whataburger since it opened and I’ve seen a big turn around, the service is much better, keep doing what your doing!

My experience was excellent for a Sunday night 👍l was most impressed with Friendly, polite customer service inspite of the location being very busy on a Sunday night..Most of all my order was correct. It is very difficult to get that kind of service in Fort Smith at any time.

I'm rating 5 star because I'm reading all the negative reviews and it don't sound good. Well I went to the drive thru and they were very busy at least 15 cars. It probably took 20 minutes to get my food and it was correct and fresh. I highly recommend.

They serve a great breakfast and almost always get my special order correct. If there's a problem they always fix

I normally get my meal through the drive thru and haven't yet had a problem. Tonight I decided to dine in. This location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food at 7pm was fast, hot, and delicious.

Absolutely amazing! They don't advertise the Dr Pepper shake my favorite, but they do have it. My experience was dine in, great service, food was hot and delicious. Fries are ok and the double cheese burger was amazing! The large shake was in a massive cup, not sure how many servings, maybe like 5 lol. They forgot the toast with the fried chicken strips meal, that's our only complaint. I will come here everytime I visit Fort Smith. Greetings from Ohio!

i love whataburger especially the wings and dr pepper shake it is a bit pricey but well worth it

When you download the app you get a free burger that's real cool be cool if they had tvs in there but it's fast

Staff was so friendly and funny. They definitely made my family of 5 feel welcome.

My daughter and I had dinner tonight after we both got off work. We placed our order, filled out cups and went to look for a table. Just about every table that was empty had some type of trash on it. There was french fries, napkins and straw wrappers on the floor and under the tables. The trash can by the door in the seating area was beyond overflowing. Once our food arrived, I was absolutely disappointed. The fries were stale, cool to the touch and tasted like they had been sitting out under a heat lamp for half a day. The burger patties wasn't even hot, barely warm would best describe it. Being that I was starving and didn't want to have to wait to speak to a manager causing my food to get colder, I ate it. The final blow to this visit was when I got to the bottom of my fries, one had what appeared to be a small hair resembling an eye lash stuck to it. At that point, I had already consumed 90% of what I had hoped to be an enjoyable dinner. I have had Whataburger in several cities across Texas and have never seen, or experienced, anything like this. What really shocked me is, I witnessed multiple employees who were bringing food to patrons walk past all of this and not blink an eye. We were there about 25 or 30 minutes, long enough for me to see the employees, on what I assume is day shift, not give a flying flip about how the restaurant looks. It's sad to say but, if I experience this again it will be the last time I ever step foot in the Fort Smith Whataburger. Very, extremely disappointed. I hope this issue get rectified, I really like Whataburger but will wait until I visit Texas to have it again.

My daughter and I went to have dinner tonight. I'm pleased to say the food was perfect, the service was 💯 better and the restaurant was clean. I sat an enjoyed my favorite burger and savored every bite.

Food was good but man, the drive thru is extremely slow. From the time we put our order in, drive around and was behind one car. (Note, the parking lot was empty except for 1 car) 27 minutes later we finally pulled up to the window and got our food.

Double cheeseburger fries and a malt were all fresh and delicious

The burger was very good! We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and onion rings. The came out very hot and fresh.

I never had a bad experience. There Dr Pepper shake is GREAT! Burgers are just worth every single bite. You can't say no to what a burger if so then there's something wrong with you and we shouldn't be friends.
