Wendy's

We haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while so we decided to stop in here tonight, and I’m really glad we did. My Asiago Chicken sandwich was delicious! It was hot and crispy and so were the fries. My husband said his Dave cheeseburger was really good too. We were greeted in a friendly manner when we came in and were told to have a good evening when our food was ready. I will definitely be back soon!

My family and I love this Wendy's place. This Wendy's is clean and the staff have always been friendly and kind. I feel good going there and their food is great!

The orange frosty is super good but as the price goes up the size of the drink cups shrink so is it everywhere else as well

We went in about 915-930pm. The wait staff were super friendly too! They have a couple new items & I asked what was on it etc. The cashier answered my question & didn't treat me like an inconvenience. Once we got our food,she checked on us to make sure it was good & we didn't need anything. 10 out of 10 overall experience.

I don't remember ever giving fast food a 5 star review, except for maybe Braum's®, but what gives this rating, for this location, is the staff! The employees are great and the managers I have had serve us as well, are just so nice and professional. The food is fresh every time I go too. But, the employees at this location are definitely what makes me want to review it.

Never EVER a let down! Staff is very polite and costumer service orientated. We eat the Bacon-nater anytime we are in the area. It's always hot and fresh. It's a nice change from some of the other fast food places. Lastly, the CV19 precautions were spot on.

Really awesome experience there this evening. Went through the drive thru and was placing my order. Saw a cat and made mention of it to the young lady, when I was told by the manager on the comm that I could take him home. I was given some good recommendations on my food and drink choices, and had a blast talking to the both of them at the same time. It made my night. Only minor inconvenience is I think, with all the banter we had back and forth, I got them confused and just got regular fries instead of the Pub Fries and the regular fries weren't that great. However, the recommendation for spicy chicken on the Jalapeno burger was awesome. The burger was hot and fresh. Thanks for the awesome experience and the work.

Wendy's is always good for a quick, hot meal! This particular location on Fort Smith's east side is particularly clean. Friendly staff, too!

Always love Wendy's, needed a bit of cleaning, but i think considering it was rush hour they did a good job with everything.

I got free frosty because nationalty free day . that why . Young Man is so kind and nice during his working. So my Son and I waiting order before go home.
I am gladly lucky free my phone nationalty free day by expire tomorrow by noon or I think not to sure. ( I did show him proof ) I enjoyed frosty yummy.. My son love his food so hungry. He so full .

I've got four reasons to give five stars: Fresh, friendly, fast, and four for four. The four for four deal is perfect for lunch and its always fresh. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add a small bowl of chili to the options for the meal!

Delicious and great service, friendly staff

Clean restaurant and bathrooms, courteous employees, the serving staff was excellent along with the coffee I ordered. Over-ALL-EXPERIENCE was Wendy'sDelicious fabolicous.

Very clean and newly remodeled. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Was hot and very tastie. Loved the experience and could not wait for them to open back up.

Wendy's is always great for a nice hot fast food burger! Only downside, its almost impossible to leave without buying a frosty!
