Cox Store

This review is specifically for the Cox store not Cox in general. I had several problems with my service over the summer and after 3-4 calls to Cox it was recommended I try a new modem. The nice lady on the phone said I could rent one from them for not much $ so I headed to the Cox store to pick one up. The friendly young man in the store was super fast and super nice. I was in and out in about a minute. Btw - the new modem fixed my problem so definitely happy.

Nathan was great. He was the most helpful person I've had the pleasure of talking to in any service industry. I almost want to take the guy out for a steak dinner. I called to cancel my plan but wound up as a loyal customer.

They get you hooked up good service

I absolutely love their customer service at the 1-888- number. They have gone absolutely above and beyond to help an ole gal out. DJ was hilarious and on a scale of 1 to 10 he gets a 20!!!!! Thanks so so much for such great customer service from your company!!!! Got a customer for life!!!!

I've only had to come in twice over the last 5 years, both times to drop off equipment, and both times the people have been nothing but kind and helpful. Amazing customer service.

I have had pretty bad service when I chated online. But when I went to this store Rosie was super helpful. She was nice and very knowledgeable. She helped solve my problems. I'm very satisfied with her service.

Awesome super fast internet they don't take very long to fix the internet if there is a power outage.

Kait got me and my cable bill in order im not going autopay or paperless as long as i am serviced in ft smith im taking the current due upcoming charges right up to her face to face and oi do prefer that opportunity to pay in the upbeat Cox Cable store on Rogers

A gentleman that helped me was the most friendly gentleman I've ever met especially in the cable place,. I could tell he might have been from Kenya cuz his accent was a little strange to me but I found him very nice and very eager to help and was more than helpful and even held the door for me when I walked out which was great!!

I went in to the location on Rogers Ave in Fort Smith to return two cable boxes. I was waited on promptly and after the boxes were returned I was given a discount on HBO, internet and DVR for being a loyal customer! Talk about great service! 5 stars from me!

Internet is not perfect but for the price it's pretty good, $80 for 50 down 5 up and during peak hours I get 35 down 5 up. I never get disconnected or drop speeds too much.

As a business customer, this is not really where I needed to go. However, I must give the associate a glowing review. Knowledgeable and honest, his assistance did not go unrecognized. Thank you.

Despite being very busy(weekend) they a a great system in place to move people along. I got everything I needed in a one stop shop!!
