Every single time I take my car to Rick, Eric and Tim, I feel relief and I feel safe. They give me sound, timely advice. They patiently explain car stuff to me. They don’t do work unless it is necessary, their charges for everything from engine work to brakes, oil changes, tires etc are all EXTREMELY reasonable, their schedule is flexible, turnaround time is quick, customer service is EXCELLENT. It feels really good when my car is in their hands, which is a big part of my livelihood and my expenditure. I trust them implicitly and wouldn’t go anywhere else. -Lynne Chapman March 2024

Amazing service!!!!! I showed up while traveling with my dog! My car had been shaking pretty bad even after getting new tires and I was scared to keep traveling. They got me in ASAP while I walked my dog around the back of the shop. I was terrified it was my ball joints. Not even 1/2 hour later they told me what the problem was (not the ball joints thank gaaaaawd) and that I was safe to drive!! The man at the front was super accommodating, gave my dog some nice pets and was super kind!!! 10/10!!! Thank you guys! Made it to Mississippi tonight!

When I first learned to drive at 15, the first thing my Granny told me was that if I ever had a car problem, to call Rick Dobbs. Since then, Rick has gone above and beyond whether it be answering my silly questions, coming to jump me off so I’m not stranded in the middle of town, or simply providing world class customer service whether it be an oil change or a bigger issue. I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to mine and my family’s vehicles. His employees are great, too! Shouts out to Bailey who kept me laughing while he changed my oil and checked to ensure everything was functioning properly today. In and out in 15 minutes. Can’t beat it. Fort Payne is lucky to have these guys in town.

I take my cars here for mostly everything. The mechanic, Tim, is always very honest with me whenever I have any vehicle in there getting work done. The guys there are great also. Highly recommend them.

I had the best oil change ever by Greg M yesterday. He sorted my headlight problem,threw me a great deal on some wipers (which I needed badly) and still had me out of there in 15 min flat after new oil and the 20 point inspection. He mentioned he’d been there 27 years and was transferring soon…there will be some big shoes to feel.

I have always and will continue using Express Oil Change for all services they service, and today I pull up and part of my front bumper had popped out and “We don’t do body repairs”, said David, but today he did, he popped it right back in place in about 15 seconds! I pulled in at 2 pm for an oil change and a new air filter and was the only customer and got right in! I sat down in the waiting room for less than 15 minutes and they were done! Also, because it was Tuesday ….it was Ladies Day and a $5 discount! Hope you have as good an experience as I did!

Cameron/Kable serviced my car this week. They did great! Cameron was extremely professional and did a great job! He asked questions before doing anything to my car and when telling me I needed a new part he didn’t pressure me into buying it he just explained what I needed, what it’s purpose was, the cost and then let me decide with no pressure! Best service I’ve ever had here
