Patagonia Bend

This is an amazing store. It’s conveniently located on the corner so the layout is pretty awesome.

The layout was very clean and easy to find what I needed. There’s a great men’s selection of clothing. I actually found a hat here that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was actually told that you couldn’t find that anywhere because the manufacturer had slowed down during the pandemic. The selection of clothing was great here. There’s also a women’s section. I didn’t spend much time there, but my wife found a couple items that she liked. We checked out the kids section 2 but we’re just not in that he trained as much anymore.

I also loved how friendly the staff was. I’ve been to stores where the staff is pushy and they’re just in your business too much, that was not the case here. The staff was super laid-back but they were also available as needed. They answered some questions that we were trying to figure out and they were super helpful. They actually talk to us about how you could even shop online because we live out of town. I love when someone goes the extra mile to help you out.

I had an exchange to make from a purchase on Patagonias website. Store was wonderful in helping me get a different size. They were very clear about their return/exchange policy (they are an independent store and can’t refund purchases made not through them) ad it sounds like some ppl got confused about it.

One of our favorite shops in bend. Locally owned and operated. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They do a lot to support local community organizations as well!

After realizing we chose the most popular backpack of the year for a holiday team gift (Black Hole 32L Pack) I was super bummed to learn these were sold out everywhere. Patagonia Bend came through with my bulk purchase. Their website was easy to work with and they quickly made right when their inventory didn’t match my order. I’ve since used them for two additional purchases and won’t hesitate to use them again!

I was on vacation and ripped my jacket. I happened upon this store and they fixed the rip very efficiently and told me to also send it back to Patagonia for a more complete repair. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great products of course.

Great store nice people . Crazy expensive clothing you can purchase online from a different seller for less. Definitely try on in store but purchase elsewhere.

I live in Florida and found the perfect Patagonia bag for my trip. I ordered it 2-day air so it would make it on time. The next day I got the notification that it had shipped, but went via ground shipping. I reached out to Patagonia Bend and they were so quick to help. They refunded my extra shipping costs and sent me another bag via 2-Day Air so I'd have my bag on time. They sent me the return label to send back whichever of the two bags I didn't want after they both arrived. Andrew was super helpful and I told him I'd stop in to say hi if I ever made it to Bend. Very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent customer service. I needed a jacket quickly for my upcoming trip. They shipped the same day using priority mail, and I got it in time.

The Patagonia store is one of my favorite places to go and browse and sometimes purchase what I need for he outdoors. I love the selection and the knowledge of the staff. The only thing I find odd is that the men’s pants that are carried only have inseam lengths of 32 or greater. So, needless to say, I need to order to get the size I need.

I came in with my son who had a small hole in his jacket. I asked the dark haired gentleman if he could help. He was super quick to help and cut out a small piece of gear tape to place over the hole. He did it all with a smile and never tried to make it seem like an inconvenience. This behavior should be a model for all businesses. Thank you Patagonia Bend!

Love Patagonia. Quality clothes. I've had a pair of shorts that I've owned for 15 years and have worn hundreds of times, that are still in good shape. Bend store was A good experience...staff was helpful and friendly..

Best clothing store in Bend, first class staff and selection. Very well managed and merched, truly an excellent store. You can also recycle old Patagonia clothing here, love what this store does and the company does for the community and the environment.

Killer gear and an awesome staff. I wouldn't buy my outdoor/technical clothing anywhere else. You can find cheaper, but you won't find higher quality. I like the shop's rustic set-up, too. Cool vibe. Check 'em out.

Walked and and immediately greeted by a employee. I had a few questions about down jackets and associates had all the answers. Even after trying on almost every down sweater in the place, I was still helped with a smile.

A big Patagonia with good selection. Easy to shop there while waiting for a table at Deschutes 😋
