Four wonderful experiences at this store over a year, so big points for consistency.

Every time I come here for shoes, they blow all expectations out of the water.

The last two times I have had Travis helping me and boy oh boy does man have patience. I struggle to make decisions and want to see all my options. He has never made me feel rushed and brings out shoe after shoe, gets them ready, and helps you put them on for boots!

Yesterday, I needed sandals for the river. Travis walked my through my options and the different styles to help me find the right sandals for my feet (bedrocks), brought out different sizes since I am in between, did the adjustments, and even brought out a different color at the last minute, just in case. Perfection.

The two people at front when I checked out were quick and so friendly. They seemed to enjoy each others company and you can just feel that in the store. They feel like they want to be there and share their knowledge.

Just go here for shoes, you’ll be taken care of.

Great gear shop. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got a touring and mountaineering gloves at a good price. Gf got a great deal on 4frnt powder skis.

Great customer service. I’m from out of state and needed a new harness. I wanted a specific one that was sold out everywhere online and in Colorado. I posted on a forum in search of the harness and was pointed towards Mountain Supply, and they were able to help me out. Hope I can stop by the store sometime.

I've shopped here at least five times now, mostly for small things, but I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Expect to pay full price (although they usually have some items for 30% off), but the extra money buys you some great help with gear that you can't get online.

Couldn’t ask for a better outdoor shop. These guys are super friendly, good listeners, and go above and beyond to provide the customer with the best experience possible. They special ordered a product for me, were super responsive with updates then, when that product ended up needing warranty work, they were absolutely fantastic at making everything right again in a very short amount of time. A+

Amazing place if you like rock climbing! Our salesman was so educated and intelligent about the sport. He gave us very important information that helped us decide which shoes to get.
We purchased 2 pairs of rock climbing shoes and a bag of chalk. The shoes were only $100 each! Although they have the all the way up to $300 if you want something more technical.
We will definitely be back for more equipment. They have all the equipment you could ever need and prices are pretty decent.

Mountain Supply has such a good vibe! The staff were warm and friendly. I asked for recommendations for Bend, and they gave us ideas for hikes, waterfall visits, & drives. Thanks guys!

Great experience having my ski boot liners molded. Travis was a great help, talking me through the process and answering many questions along the way. He recommended a supportive insole to improve my fit and I'm glad he did. The insole and molded liners have really helped my boot fit and feel/control when skiing. I'll be going back to this place from here on out.

An item I ordered in October was back ordered and not expected to ship until January. Mountain Supply promptly reached out to inform me of the delay and provided me a few alternate options to fulfill my order. Not only did they send me the item in a color they had in stock, they also let me know they would send me the original item when it was back in stock. I am very happy with this customer service and will 100% be ordering from them again.

Like many others have already said, Mountain Supply has high quality gear and excellent customer service. I have bought boots and climbing equipment from Alex, and have only had positive experiences each time. He is knowledgeable, easy going and patient. Lacey, Amanda and Nick are also kind, experienced and helpful. Additionally, having Sage (the sweet shop dog) around to pet is a big bonus. I also believe that, whenever possible, it is just and right to buy from a local store.

Walked in to grab some climbing shoes and was met with amazing customer service and a really in depth fitting process and an honest review of each feature of each shoe. Super knowledgeable and approachable staff and a great selection. Whatever they’re paying Wolf isn’t enough he is super knowledgeable on climbing stuff and helped me out while not making me feel like a noob. Will be buying all my future climbing gear from here.

Mountain supply is a very resourceful establishment that is a one stop shop for all things mountain adventures. They were very helpful and kind enough to accommodate my last minute rental request. Great gear store, really nice selection of gear for a variety of sports. As a climber and hiker they definitely had everything we needed. The staff are really knowledgable and will help you try on, test, and choose between a variety of options.
