Fjällräven Brand Store

Dropped off a pair of trousers to get tailored while passing through town. Woman who helped me was great even though I hadn't purchased the trousers there. I paid $10 to get them shipped back to my home since I don't live in Bend and they were shipped back to me within a week and now fit great!

Stopped in this store on a trip to Bend. Has the most fantastic and friendly service. Bought the Singi Parka and love it.

Just visited this store and had amazing customer service!

Was debating on purchasing a parka, but the price tag was more than I’d normally spend on any item of clothing, so I was very slow in deciding on the purchase.

But the couple of employees were so kind in helping my boyfriend and I find additional sizing for me, as well as gave me tips on how to wear the parka. Special shout out to the person with long colored hair (brown/blue/purple) that said the coat style I purchased was their “winter go to.” You were awesome! :)

The Philosophy of this place is what makes it special. I think of it as “anti fast fashion “. The quality of the garments is top notch, the style is timeless & they have repair on site. I am so happy with my purchase & the staff, I’ll be back for pants!

Had an awesome experience at the Bend store. I’ve always loved Fjallraven’s products but the guys working today (9/3) were amazing. They were friendly and super helpful and I walked out with some new pants to wear outdoors. Definitely will be back!

This place is the best store to find things to keep you warm and stylish, if you are serious about both of those things. Their philosophy on trekking leads them to offer lifetime professional mending on all garment.

Kast's Tip: their items are spendy, very, spendy, but starting with any smaller item will give you an idea of the quality.

Great selection of clothes and gear, and always better sales than what's on the website. Worth a look around, but come prepared to spend a lot of money.

Awesome customer service! I needed a minor repair on a jacket which I had shipped to the store. It was expertly repaired and I had my jacket back in about a week!

This store is outstanding. Not only do they have some of the best clothing on the market, all of their items come with a lifetime warranty. Pants tear in the field? They'll fix them right in shop. In addition the staff is both friendly and helpful.

Cannot adequately describe how perfect an experience I had today at Fjallraven!

First, their covid protocol is outstanding and made me feel safe shopping there. But even with the safety systems in place, the staff went above and beyond to help me make the right choice for what I needed.
