Applebee's Grill + Bar

The Applebee's staff was great! They made our event so special, Easter Bunny's Breakfast AND, special guests, the Cincinnati Ghostbusters! A fundraiser hosted by the Covington Kenton County Kiwanis!

We were greeted immediately and had a 25 minute wait to be seated. No big deal since they told us there would be a 25 to 30 minute wait & it was around 6:30 when we arrived so a wait was to be expected in the middle of dinner rush. We sat next to the bar in a booth & our server was running the bar and our area. We were provided with amazing service and our server knocked it out of the park. That’s a lot of work for one person. We got the Wonton Tacos, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Steak & Shrimp, & a burger. It was all delicious!! Super friendly staff & very good food & drinks. Will definitely be back soon!

Me and my family enjoyed eating there the food was great and the service was great I will say a 9 out of 10 I would definitely go back and the server was nice.

Had our xmas party here, it was 11 of my employees and myself. Brittney was our server, shes the best!!! Me and my husband met Brittany about 2 years ago at applebees and we always request her as our server . She is very tentative and personable just an all around great person and tonight she did her thing......every order was correct no issues at all " as always " and all of my employees had nothing but positive things to say about her. Brittney, your awesome and we love you girl!!!!

We had a family of 10 (4 kids 6 adults) come in at about 8:20pm. Took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at all and the restaurant had maybe 4 tables.The internet says closes at 12am but apparently they closed at 9pm tonight but we had no idea and no server wanted to seat us or serve us. Our waitress Brittany B clocked back in to take care of us and provided wonderful service despite the closing time confusion. Fridays is right next door and we almost just went there but she offered to take us. Food came out quick and was good and Brittany was awesome! Whoever decided they didn’t want to stay til 930 to take our table missed out on a $140 tip! Thanks again Brittany B!!!

New management. You should check them out. They just took over a few weeks ago. Super friendly food was good too!

There were 7 of us, comapared to my last visit, the service and foods were so much better. Thank you for staying open during this crazy time and keep up the good work. Our waitress was the bartender, she was good. Drinks were always full and food was hot.

Perfect Margarita - Did I say perfect, why yes!!! This is a great pairing to any meal or appetizer! Ask for a flavor my favorite is Raspberry, or Mango, Peach, Passion Fruit….there are so many options!!!

The food was good. I had a classic bacon cheese burger with fries. We got our meal pretty quickly considering it was during the lunch hour on a weekday. The service was good, too. I appreciate how Applebee's honors our nation's armed forces veterans. Thanks Applebee's!

The bartender Decarla is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had in my life. Very personable, she always makes me feel like family! I always enjoy coming out here just because of her! Everyone come out and ask for Decarla!

i got to say kelly made all are night we went to apple bee to celebrate me closes on my house and it start out bad with the man at the bar dod not seem like he was good with customer service at all but kelly ayeee kelly i would promote her to manger she amazing great customer service i anytime we come there i hope to get her again and again thank you kelly for all your great service and personality you did amazing

So yum!! OMG! This was the best restaurant food I've had in a min. Only complaint it was hella expensive. $80 for 3 people. And one got chicken tenders... So I just thought it was a bit on the high side. Very good though.

We had a really good experience today. When we first got there we needed a table for 15 people. It didn't take more than 10 minutes to be seated. The server Kasi told us that since there was only 1 cook our food was going to take a while. I was a server for 5 years and know the pressure when being understaffed but she handled it really good. She was sweet and really on point with our orders. I love this location!

Carla Davis was our Server. She was so sweet and very nice and polite . She would come to our both and ask how was everything and refills our drinks. God Bless her . Applebee's need more servers like Carla Davis . Food was delicious. . Only problem I had was the Applebee's parking lot had to much trash outside. I don't like seeing trash outside in a parking lot . We the Customer don't like seeing Trash in the parking lot . It make the Applebee's restaurant look real Bad . Great Employees and Great Service.

While your manager at Crestview Hills KY has decided to ask my husband and myself not to come back to this restaurant, just know that this is based on one side of the story. The previous situation concerning my husband had already been taken care of by having a conversation with Nick, the GM. In reference to Britanny's allegations about the tip being taken back, she neglected to mention her behavior towards us and her comment about being done with being nice and throwing a box upon the cooler. I had a conversation with the shift manager Jake in reference to her behavior and animosity towards us that night, and he stated that he had noticed Brittany's attitude and needed to have a conversation with her. While this may not change the decision that has been made, I will ask that you have a conversation with Jake about what was discussed that night. In addition, we have been patrons of this establishment for literally years. We have also become very fond of your employees they will be missed.

Perfect for what we were expecting. Quality food with excellent service. You can tell when a restaurant is trying and Applebee's Crestview Hills is.

We stopped there for lunch after a doctor's appointment nearby. It was not crowded. We had a meal that was delightful. Their ribs were just wonderful. We even felt compelled to get dessert, which was over the top amazing! It was an unexpectedly remarkable experience! Delicious!!!

I always love this place the drink specials don't hurt
