Starbucks

I wanted to leave a great review for this store for all of the 5 star deliveries I have had. I order from delivery services often and always seem to have issues with missing items and poor quality. I order from here every Friday (sometimes more) and they have not forgotten a thing. Not to mention it is always packaged nicely, hot food stays hot and cold drinks stay cold. I am so impressed with a store with so many great workers that care!

Haven't been to this Starbucks in a year or two. It's been remodeled and looks great. Lots of seating with ample plugs for gadgets. Made better use of space here than the Starbucks on Mall Rd. No drive thru and not the easiest to get in and out of. But if you have some time, this is a great Starbucks for a cup of coffee. Edit December 2021: Feel like they remodeled again? Maybe not. Definitely a busy Starbucks. They have enough staff and they were cranking out the drinks. Love the amount of indoor and outdoor seating--almost like they're inviting you to sit and chat for awhile. Loved it and our drinks too!

Now that’s what I’m talking about! Better than the one in Florence. Y’all handle it with care. Thank you all for always making it fresh!

A fine establishment. Great staff too. We had iced Apple crisp Oatmilk Espresso and egg bites. And incredible quick lunch.

Dropped in for an online pickup. Got the cinnamon caramel cold brew. Drink was well made, not messy, and tasted great. Order was ready earlier than the estimated time.

First time visiting this Starbucks and I enjoyed my experience so much that I wanted to leave a review. Every barista I had contact with was just great and provided friendly service. I didn’t catch any names, but pretty much the whole team that was working this morning 7/19. Fast service, and they all acknowledged me which I can’t say for every Starbucks. To the SM here-shout out to your team!

Quality on par with the Starbucks brand. Service exceptional, courteous & efficient. Only glitch was with the online ordering, app reported facility was out of the product I desired. So glad I went in & asked - they graciously accommodated my order with prompt professionalism. Will return when in the area!

Great place to grab a cup of coffee and do some work! While the lines make take awhile, the baristas work quickly and efficiently to get everyone’s orders out in a timely manner. They also handle allergies very well!

I have always had a good experience at this location, and if there has been an issue with my drink I have had employees help, especially when I'm in a hurry to get to work. The location is clean, but if you go during peak hours the trash cans can fill quickly, and it can sometimes be a bit busy. The mobile order process is extremely helpful if I know I'm going to be in a hurry and need the drink ready by the time I get there. Every time that I have visited the employees have been friendly and efficient, even during their peak hours, and I can understand how it gets busy being in food services. Have definitely enjoyed each visit at this location.

I go here 2x a day. Seriously. Great coffee and fun blended drinks. There are occasionally mix-ups when they get too busy due to the prime location but if there is ever an issue they are wonderful about fixing them.

I will say that recent I have had more issues, but I believe that is due to some new staffing. If you have a bad experience, let them know and give them another shot.

I've seen some negative reviews, and I do agree that during peak hours it can get a little crusty but I've seen this place at all hours and 80 percent of the time it is clean, organized and great. The peak hours it's chaos and I've seen lines out the door. I enjoy this Starbucks and have gotten allot of work done. The coffee is exceptional and have never had a bad expierance, or cup of coffee from the baristas. They seem very well trained for retail service employee.

This is my go-to Starbucks. I use mobile order, which is usually the best bet. Sometimes the wait exceeds the time indicated in the app, but that's to be expected with a fluctuating amount of customers. Sometimes the mobile order is down, but the service is still good, so no complaints here.
Also - when it comes to experience, the vibe is normally pretty chill inside, and they play a good variety of music (including K-pop!).

Marisa was so pleasant and helpful. She had a friendly smile and was very attentive and thorough.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is where it’s at! I go for the sugar free vanilla syrup and it still tastes amazing! The order ahead option removes any of the waiting issues and this place is always on top of the orders. Quick and consistent service!

Great baristas but ran out of Baked Apple Croissant.

The manager Adam is absolutely phenomenal and everyone from the Crestview Hills T-Mobile team appreciates his great service! He runs a team that accepts nothing less than perfection. 5 Star experience every single time!

I come to this store all the time and it doesn’t matter if I mobile order or order in store. I always get my drink on time and they always make my drink PERFECT. I absolutely love this store and thank you to all the hard working baristas.

We've been to this Starbucks several times over the years and it's always top notch. Quick, courteous service and a nice location, too. Easy access from 275 at Dixie.

Very friendly, very rapid service here, can't wait to go back to this location. I don't want to tempt the fates but I've had EVERY order correct. Great store....
