We were traveling through town and had an issue with our old van which needed repair. We were towed in on a Sunday night, and after seeing how busy they were I thought it would have been impossible to make our next accommodation but they did absolutely everything to get us back on the road in time to make it. Matt and Josh in particular explained the repairs and understood our situation which made everything so much easier. We made it back to Vancouver without another issue, and got to enjoy the rest of our trip. We highly recommend University Auto Repair if you’re in the area, thank you again.

I never leave reviews, but the service and professionalism of the staff at University Auto needs to be acknowledged, especially to detract from the outlier negative reviews on yelp. Thanks to Chris and the whole team for getting us back on the road in a timely manner at the exact cost and time as quoted upon the initial diagnostics. We aren’t from the area and took a chance on getting pretty significant work done at this location to ensure we could continue our trip across the country. Kept us informed, guaranteed their work, and took great care of us. If we lived in the area, this would be our routine maintenance shop. Thanks guys!

Brought my 2004 frontier in because the turn signals wouldn't turn off.. between the time the truck was dropped off and the tech took a look the light turned off. The shop test drove the truck couldn't get it to act up. All in all I picked up the truck free of charges! I appreciate you guys looking it over.

It just feel hopeless when your car broke in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, there are some shops that you can rely on them. Once your car is taken into a diagnostic, then repaired and everything comes as they told you will be. You know that that repair shop, will be your place to visit for all your mechanics needs. At University Auto Repair, you will find, honesty, experience, courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and many more things that makes you to trust them. Thank you for being an awesome repair shop.

Great Service. Excursion broke down on our vacation. They got it fixed same day and got us back on the road for a good price. My father in law has his own shop in California and said pricing was correct. If I ever needed something done in their area again I would use them!

Outstanding job from these guys. Diagnosed the problem quickly, got the new part ordered, then double checked again for any other issues. They communicate with you every step of the way and never act without your permission. I will not hesitate to recommended these guys to people I know.

I was completely at the shop’s mercy. I had no idea what was wrong with my daughter’s Jeep, and I was headed home to Las Vegas.
When I found out the Jeep was working again, and there was NO CHARGE, I was floored. HONEST mechanics are extremely rare, and I am so thankful I found this shop. I told my daughter if she ever has any further issues with her Jeep, to take it straight to University Auto Repair.

these guys are great. they have done everything from simple maintenance to replacing both my front axles. I recently had the pleasure of having my car serviced at university auto repair and let me say this is the pinnacle of perfect service. I worked with Christian and he was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. If you need any work done on your car this is the place to go hands down.

Recently had issue with my used Honda I purchased in July. Chris took my case when other shop was minimizing matter. He troubleshot my symptoms of car & got me an appointment next day. He treated me with caringness like it was his own car. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable & patient with my questions. The rest of crew interact as a team when I phone for updates. They breakdown costs for me so I can compare with others to make decisions. When i checkin my vehicle for appointment it's quick & can use their shuttle for rides. The veteran mechanics have handled my vehicles for my adult son & 87 year old mom for last 5+ years. Last visit Chris sent his regards to my mom. Customer service at it's finest! Thank you UA.

We have taken our vehicles to University Auto Repair for years and love working with them. There is a reason they have received the Best of Flagstaff Award for many years; they are really good at what they do!

University had provided our family with a perfect auto repair record for 5 years straight. We would never use any other repair shop in Flagstaff. Best customer service and quality auto repair track record we have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

My car is already experiencing the same issues it had when I brought it in after a fairly expensive repair just 4-5 days ago. I made all the recommended repairs at that time. All this being said, they fixed it up enough for me to get it home (~150 miles). Not sure how I feel about things yet, hence the mid review.

I am a senior citizen and I had just driven across country from Oregon in my truck pulling a travel trailer. My truck was falling apart with a flashing engine light and shaking with a burning smell. The desert and the Donner Pass and Sisskayou pass are not places to find out when your truck will die When I got home (lucky I got home) a neighbor told me about University Auto Repair. I called them and I cant describe what a saving grace that was. My truck now runs like it is new and all of the mechanics, not some of them but all of them were smiling and helpful. I thank the Lord for pointing me in their direction and for putting a neighbor walking by as I pulled in my driveway after a year of travel and a stressed brain. If you need a auto repair or just a check up you won't be sorry going to University Auto.

I've been taking my car here for about 3 years, always friendly service and great work. My car officially bit the dust last week but I plan on bringing the new one to these guys since they treated me & my old vehicle so well! 10/10 recommend!

I got an oil change and overall car inspection. The price was very reasonable and when I asked what needed to be done for maintenance on the car, they were honest about what was more urgent and less urgent and I didn’t feel pressured at all to add on extra services that I didn’t need, which I really appreciated! Thank you!

This auto repair shop is awesome! I have been to this shop a couple times now and every time I have a great experience. Everyone who works there is always so friendly and I feel comfortable when speaking with anyone from their staff. I would recommend 1000X to get your car fixed here!

Got myself a routine oil change and tire rotation here. Easily the best spot I've taken my car in Flagstaff. Great price for quality work. 10/10

The whole department took fantastic care of my Cadillac. Replaced and put brand new suspension on there and it drives like a new car. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, fair, quick, hardworking, and very pleasant people to do business with. Wil def be coming back for future repairs and needs. Thank you Jack and everyone there!!
