This store repeatedly told me when to come in to get my prescriptions, including the day of, stating I could get it in an hour. I showed up, 1 prescription was not filled as they were short and another couldn't be filled until the following day.

Emily; an unhappy employee from the start, wouldn't listen to my questions and then refused to answer them. I then said "do you guys wonder why you only have 2 stars?" To which she just flat out walked away. I had to walk in to find the manager Kurt (that tried to help in a condescending way).

They blamed it on a "national shortage". Upon calling other pharmacies; not 1 was out of my prescriptions.

They were rude, I was 100% lied to 3 times in 4 days and then dealt with someone that shouldn't be in any customer service role at all.

This isn't the first time I've dealt with incompetence at this location, my personal favorite was the time I waited for over an hour.... BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP TO UNLOCK THE STORE!!! LOL!!! EMBARRASSING!!

Bottom line GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
