Jerrod arrived after a frantic call to remove lots of flying insects before an important dinner event. He was quick to respond, very kind, polite and professional.
His services are reasonably priced. He was informative and the treatment was very effective.

Jared came within 24 hours and came with traps. Very polite and friendly. We have a contract and am happy with the service.

The Rodent problem is still there. But I will write a review on that later once the problem is gone. I wanted to take the time to comment on how fast and responsive Pro Zone Pest Control is. On my initial contact they were one of 4 other companies I contacted for rodent extermination. Pro Zone was the first to reply and the owner has kept his word on every step of the way so far.

As a business owner myself, I appreciate when people are good on their word. I am looking forward to the problem being resolved and a follow up comment. As for now- 5 Stars.

We've been using Pro Zone Pest Control for three years now and couldn't be happier. They communicate to let you know when your next service is scheduled and have always been on-time. If/when we need a spot treatment they never hesitate to fit us in the next time they are in the area (usually within a day or two of the request). My wife and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pest control service to partner with Pro Zone!

The owner came to do the ant extermination. He explained everything thoroughly and eased my concern on whether the treatment in the house would be safe for pets or children. He also treated around the entire exterior of the house. I like the idea of using a local company vs a franchise operation.

Love these guys.....they got rid of the carpets beetles a couple of years ago. For 3 months I was breaking out in an awful itching rash ....4 skin Dr's couldn't figure it out. I bought a new mattress and found a very tiny bug. I took a picture of it and sent to Dan ..knew right away what it was. They started treatments immediately and one maybe two treatments later they were gone. Pro Zone comes here every 3 months to spray and I might see one water bug in between visits. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable and affordable. I won't use anyone else .

Jarrod helped our family get a flea infestation under control within two weeks compared to Orkin’s estimate of 7 treatments over several months. The treatment was also more affordable and explained in a way we understood it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Dayton Area.

Pro Zone was very helpful in assessing for carpenter ants and disposing of previously set termite traps. They went the extra mile to lay out the best path forward for us, even advising against service until warranted.

Having any kind of pest is a scary situation. This company is professional and calmed any anxiety we had about our pest situation. The gentleman we spoke with was very knowledgeable and honest. They also made an appointment to come out the day we called, which is nice when dealing with unwanted pests. I highly recommend this company!

Responded quickly to a need for pest services...came in and inspected within 24 hours. No later than 24 hours after the quote was received and accepted, they were back to perform the service professionally and efficiently with minimal disruption to any ongoing business.

Found a hornets nest on garage exterior. Happened to catch the provider in my area, so he stopped by and treated my nest as well. 2 treatments over a few minutes and done. Removed nest the next day. Excellent results...Thank you.

ProZone does what makes sense!! I am happy with the work that Dan and Ryan did. They took the time to talk to me about what was happening to determine that I didn't really need all the services that I had ordered.
