Lush Cosmetics Cherry Hill

I don't think I can give enough praise for this store. High quality skin and hair care products from a company that is environmentally and ethically conscious. They offer you free samples to take home and try and have plenty of testers for instore samplings. The staff here are the most friendly and helpful customer service that I have ever encountered. Seriously, I was last there 2 days before Christmas and all the employees were cheerful and helpful despite all the busy holiday shopping. This place must treat it's employees very well. Alyssa who helped us was awesome! Do visit this place and treat yourself or get a gift for a friend.

I love this place. I drive an hour just to go every now and then. I know I could order online, but then I won’t know how the products smell…
The staff is really nice and helpful. One staff member helped me find other products that smelt like a bath bomb I like. Another staff member picked out a couple samples for me that I’m excited to try. This is a good location. I really wish they’d put one in Marlton or maybe even in Atlantic County. It be nice to have one a little closer.

I had a very good experience shopping at this location. I haven't been to Lush in years but I just received a gift card from a friend. The girl that greeted me right when I walked in was so sweet. She helped me pick something out and was very knowledgeable. I remember being a teenager and loving going to Lush and watching employees do demo's of the products. It was so awesome to get to try some of the products this go around. It just felt very nostalgic. I have fallen back in love with Lush!! A++ customer service

Just shopped here for Mother's Day and Skylar was so helpful. She walked me through the process of making my own gift set and recommended wonderful products. I'm thankful that she was there to help.

Alyssa! Exactly how you would want your customer experience to be. Walked in, greeted, inquired about what I’m seeking and offered suggestions, comments and explanations of product types. Alyssa is very knowledgeable about all of offerings by Lush. Very friendly, funny and engaging. Really took my experience to another level. It’s refreshing to see this level of customer service out there. It’s a lost art. You crushed it, Alyssa! Thank you!

I love this place. I go there every few weeks and get the charcoal soap. That soap cleared my skin completely. They also offer sample bags, I usually get three items in my sample bag along with my charcoal soap. The customer service is phenomenal and the items in the store are worth every cent. They even have candles!!!

Emma rocks!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. She basically showed me around the whole store and helped me pick out the perfect things to try as a first-time visitor. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely my go-to for all bath-related things for myself or for gifts for others. I don't look like the sort of person who usually shops here but that's never stopped the workers from being super friendly and always helping me with exactly what I need, picking out gifts, and etc. plus the products are always top quality, and as far as Lush locations though, this one is quite large and has a great selection. Thanks!

Amazing experience! The workers at this Lush are so attentive and willing to help/answer any questions. Their worker Atlas gave us amazing recommendation and service. We always come back, but hoping we see them again next time!

Atlas was extremely friendly. Great customer service. She answers all of my questions and helped me so much with all the products. I was feeling super dry on my legs and she helped me with all of my needs and questions!! She is super nice and sweet to everyone and makes sure that you know what the product is all about! 10/10 amazing service.

This has been the second time my spouse and I have gone into this location and been utterly blown away by the service from Atlas. They are so attentive and thorough without feeling pushy. They went above and beyond to help me not only locate what I came in for but also find a suitable replacement for something that was recently put on stop production. They are so well educated on the products and it has always been a truly wonderful experience. I can not recommend them enough to anyone who goes to this location and I will never stop recommending them as a resource for your products. I hope the manager there knows the absolute gem you have in store.

I've walked past this store and the scent was great, so I've turned back and asked what do they sale. The sales associate was great and directing me to what I was look for at another store. All natural and some are vegan free products which are face, body, skincare for oily from to dry and sensitive to bath bombs. I was amazed of the different skin care for me that embraced me to a purchase that I'm satisfied with. The prices may seem a bit high but for the little to none chemical products, is well worth the price to better care

I just had to write a review about how wonderful my shopping experience was this weekend at the Cherry Hill mall Lush store. After experiencing not so friendly people at a few stores we were ready to leave, my daughter wanted to stop in and I haven't been in forever so I thought sure, why not! So glad I did, I met the wonderful and cool Shannon who took her time to show me a cool demo of some products for my trip, we talked about my upcoming trip and she worked to help me get the right products for travel to Mexico. After we finished the other sweet girl with the long dark ponytail (had on mask and was fair complexion) helped my daughter and I and then we went to the register, as we were checking out with another person who was also cool, Shannon was asking me questions and having me smell fragrances. All of a sudden she reappeared with a wonderful surprise, she made me a custom soap for my trip! It was so nice and we really appreciate the great service!! I just want to write this review and commendation to show you just how much I appreciate her kindness, fun and thoughtful way she treated me as a customer, they say customer service is dead and not only do you have employees that know the products but also seem like they enjoy them as well. I appreciate the fun and happy shopping experience and plan to host a lush party in the future now, thanks again!

Lush is my go to store for all shampoo/soap/moisturizers. The staff at this one in particular are just lovely and always recommend me great new products to try. Definitely a must shop store whenever I'm in the area!

Im a true Lushie... I even kept my pods of the ones no longer available. PLEASE bring back two of my favorites..KARMA KREAM and R&B Hair moisturizer.. Im a Karma fan 😌

I always have a great time in here! Both employees here today were so damn sweet and helpful! They were super knowledgeable about their products and the cashier even gave us free samples they had from the free mask day thing they had going on! I’m like a kid in a candy store here.

There is a reason why thy are 5 stars. I believe it was Alyssa and Alison I can’t remember but they were so nice to my daughter and I! We will certainly keep this store and location in our self paper product place because y’all are awesome!!! My daughter is Tianna she is 3 and loved the unicorn bath bomb

Love this store ! It smells amazing when you walk in and it's do many choices to try ,smell and buy!! I am going to try The golden egg shower gel!
