Animal Medical Center of New Braunfels

We recently changed to AMC and they have done a great job! We have had to take our very anxious girl in for frequent lab draws and they have been great with her. One vet tech in particular ( I don’t know her name) has been especially kind with our Gypsy girl.

We have taken our babies to Animal Medical Center of New Braunfels for years and I can't say enough about them !! They won us over when we were turned away because it was during the lunch hour by our previous vet after one of our babies had a deadly encounter with a porcupine. They entire staff with 8 people (vet and vet techs) took turns working through lunch for 2 hours to save our baby. They have been like family to us ever since !! They are kind, loving, knowledgeable, empathetic. They even have care plans that you can pay monthly that saves you tons on vaccines, meds, office visits, etc. We have the utmost confidence in this amazing office and staff to handle any issue that arises with our babies.

Everyone there are so kind and courteous. My cat was having some medical problems.
Come to find out after an ultrasound was done there, she had cancer, and her heart was in failure. My sweet girl of 17years had to be put down. The doctor and vet tech made it easy for her to go peacefully. . I will Always recommend Animal Medical Center, they are the best!!!

If I could give a 10, I would . First of all I want to thank Dr. Williams. My wife and daughter had to bring our Sheltie Sandy to cross the rainbow bridge today. It was a very sad and emotional day but Dr Williams and staff made it much more comforting. It’s never easy but they took care of my boy. Second I came in the day before and Dr White and tech Jess were so wonderful to my GSD Heidi and cat Misty I can’t thank them enough. First class veterinary hospital

I have taken my dog Chewbert here for years and cannot imagine ever taking him anywhere else! He is reactive and highly anxious and they take their time handling him and are always very kind and patient. They work with me on making it as easy for him as possible while ensuring everyone is safe. I cannot recommend them enough and will continue to take both my dogs there!

Dr. Williams has been our vet since he opened his facility. His passion for pets was evident the first time we had an appointment many years ago. Recently he treated our dog for a minor surgery and teeth clean. He truly listens in order to properly diagnose and he genuinely cares. I couldn’t be happier with his staff and our overall experience.

The team at this clinic is phenomenal. I have multiple animals and they care for them all. The techs are compassionate and easy to work with and the vets are top notch. You won't find better than the team at AMC.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dachshunds get so excited when it’s time to go to the vet! Dr Williams, Dr White, Dr Sanders, and Dr. Tori are all amazing and take such time with each of my pups every visit!

I am beyond thankful for how caring the team over at Animal Medical Center is. After having my time and money wasted at las palmas pet clinic here in San Antonio I reached out to Animal Medical Center for help with my sick husky ghost and they were quick to want to get him seen. Due to financial issues I had to schedule for the following day. Sadly my pup didn’t make it through the night so I had to cancel. Fast forward to today I receive a letter in the mail with a card signed by the whole team sending their condolences my way. Thank you again in Animal America Center I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.🙏🏻

his place is amazing. We recently relocated and had an emergency with one of our dogs. Took me as a walk in, every person from the front staff to the Veterinarian were caring, compassionate and professional. From exams, rabies shots, nail trims, to end of life care, Animal Medical Center have been with us all the way. Thank you!!

I was able to get a walk-in appointment on Saurday for my dog. Excellent facility and staff. Love that pricing is communicated clearly and up front. Switching to them for all of Archie's bet needs.

Dr Williams and his staff are exceptional. I trust them with my puppies wholeheartedly. He has cared for my boys for over a decade and I can’t say enough about his professionalism, character, kindness and skill as a Vet. He’s the best in Texas. Gig Em!

They are the sweetest! We’ve been going for years. They remember my pups’ names and are so patient with my scaredy-pup. They really do make the time to help you and your pets. Love them!

My dog Max was 14+ years old and this past week he went from normal old age struggles to quickly losing too much weight, stopped eating, couldn't stand for long, and was incontinent. I hoped he'd improve but the longer I waited the more I realized he was beginning to really be uncomfortable and suffering. I stepped out one day to pet him and realized it was time.

It was 3:30 pm in the afternoon and I called a few places but as soon as I called here Pam picked up and immediately made me realize this is where I needed to go. Pam was kind and understanding and made me an appointment for 5 PM the very same day. The entire front staff was kind and professional when I got there and they helped me with all my questions. I met Dr. Jones and I have to say she is one of the kindest, most professional, and empathetic vets I have ever seen.

I held Max as they put him to sleep today and the entire staff was respectful and kind and made an incredibly hard moment a little bit easier with their kindness and I can't thank them enough. Dr. Jones gave me a hug as I left and reassured me I did the right thing. I would recommend anyone needing help in a hard time to go see them here and see Dr. Jones and Pam.

Dr. Williams & staff are awesome & friendly! I recommend them to everyone. I Love their puppy and doggie plans they offer. Our puppies Love them!

My little doggy (12 years old) was not feeling well yesterday, he wouldn't even eat chicken. They were able to see him quickly. They fixed him up and as soon as we got home he was eating and bouncing around again. They called the next day to see how he was doing. Along the way some of the things Dr. Jones and her assistant did were explain things to me clearly, give me a price break down of treatment options (without the hard sell) and let me choose (when reasonable) what treatments my dog would have. In addition, I learned they have a groomer on site and that's good news to me because as my dog gets older I feel better knowing he is in safe hands for his grooming.

Took our kitty here to get his claws trimmed. The staff were all very kinda and loving to him. It’s very well kept and a calm environment there. Even our kitty was relaxed despite dogs being around. He was in and out in no time. We love it here
