They were very efficient throughout the process from Jeff coming to take a look at the issue, giving me an estimate, ordering the equipment and installation. The team of Earl and Sylvia that installed my unit was competent, thorough and answered all my questions. Everyone involved was helpful, thoughtful and extremely professional. I can't recommend them enough!

Originally, we had hired another contractor to do the HVAC work, but to our dismay, it was a complete disaster! So, after the original contractor’s faulty system and material was removed, Comfort Specialists came to our rescue and installed a first-class HVAC system. Through-out the entire process, Comfort Specialists listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and clearly explained the whole process without any pressure to use them. Prior to installation, they shared the results of the manual J calculation and were completely transparent on all aspects of their work through-out the process.

Their install crew of Dustin and Dakota were methodical, detailed oriented, hard-working, friendly, conscientious and displayed excellent workmanship and technical skills.

In summary, we couldn’t be happier with Comfort Specialists and our final product. Not only did we get a better HVAC system installed that was code-compliant, but Comfort Specialists’ price was much more reasonable then the first HVAC Contractor we originally hired - Comfort Specialists saved us both time and money!

He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was persistent in correcting the issues we have been having and called a few days after to ensure our system was working correctly. A different company installed my mini split system 3 years ago that company lied to me about my warranty in turn leaving me to seek out another HVAC company comfort specialists was amazing jarred was quick professional friendly and knowledgeable the issue was fixed AND most was covered entirely by the warranty the other company said was void comfort specialists have my business from now on and I recommend them to everyone
