Tires Plus

Found a screw in my tire and needed help ASAP. They fixed the problem quickly, showed me the culprit, and gave me useful information about what to do in the future if this happens again. 10/10 service. Ramon called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and helped me when I arrived. Great staff that does efficient and effective work. Definitely recommend.

I have gone to this Tires Plus on three occasions. Each time I have been well taken care of. Will at the front desk gave me professional and quality customer service. I have run retail stores, and this is not common. My tires are all good, installed well, and I am a happy customer.

Ben and Ramon are awesome! Great attitude and made it a painless process to get my flat tire fixed up. Also love that they were open at 7 so I could take my truck in before work.

they did quite a bit of work and got me back on the road in under 4 hrs. very impressed with the people and the service at TIRES PLUS MIDWAY. they made a new customer that day and i will be back for additional service.

I've been going to this location for 3 months now and the service is amazing every time they're fast, friendly and reliable I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs works done in a timely manner thank you Tires Plus keep up the great service.

Went in for an oil change and issue with a turn signal. I was able to get in quickly and, as always, was treated well. They addressed all of my issues and even offered a discount that I hadn't noticed. Great location to be able to walk and grab coffee or food while waiting for the work to get done.

Up front about car repairs needing and pricing. Offered to show me the wear on a tire. Excellent and quick service!

Managers lead the way at this location, individuals of integrity and real concern and compassion for customers, and mechanics and techs who follow the lead they are given.

I came in at around 3pm as they were cleaning to go home and they still helped me out with my tire. I had to come back and pick my tire up the next morning before work they had my tire done by 7:45 they were awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

Wow I was driving down the freeway tire light came on, so I pull it over to the ⛽@{🐌🛣⚽ 🏟} where I could get some air no air in the machine🤬 now my tire is completely flat with wires poking out of the other, great 👺now I need two.
I then played 🐸 to get across the street to the Tires Plus by foot... After small car talk; the guy who quoted me a price of $155 for a tire...🚶🏾‍♂🤺 he helped me save over $100+ with a lesson on tires... Needless to say I was in and out of there in LESS than 10 minutes ...so if you ever in a pinch...☝🏾(...) Tire shop

This is a awesome team at Tires Plus. I’ve called corporate a few times to let them know JOE is a GOOD & FAIR GUY and always willing to help with anything. Ramone, Michael, Darrin and the rest of the crew fall in place. If Joe not there dealing with anyone of the other guys are all the same. They flushed my car, put a new battery in and a few more things were fixed that I had no clue what the problem was but they figured it out. It has been outside everyday during this brutal winter but started up with no problem. I have been here numerous times in the last couple months and not only was the price lower the work was literally done the same day. ( they also took time and found a pin size hole I had no clue about and replaced it). Just awesome. Recently a new guy started and seems he was out of place and clueless. No knowledge of anything. HE DIDNT LAST A NEWYORK MINUTE. Brian needs to stay wherever he came from.

Great service, the shop stayed open an hour and a half after closing to get all the jobs done. They also gave me a significant discount on my repair!

2/4/2023 - I went here to get air in my tires because I don't know how. JOSEPH helped me out and he was very nice and pleasant to talk to. The work got done. And everyone was happy.

Had an excellent experience working with Shane at the front desk. Outstanding service. This man absolutely deserves a raise, and I will certainly be coming back to this location.

We have been coming to this store for a couple years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I have had nothing but excellent service and I have a great experience every single time. Joe is the best, he is one of the main reasons we keep coming back, he is so helpful and friendly, I 100% recommend this specific location.
