Norton Immediate Care Center - Heartland

Decided to go out of town to get quick care due to bad experiences at a local quick care. Every staff member we encountered was happy and acted like they really enjoyed their job! Treated us like they had known us for years. Definitely coming back when we need their services!!

I had a bad experience with a Baptist urgent care that led me to come here and I have to say being treated like human being is an amazing feeling. Everyone is so kind and very friendly. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to others!

When I registered at the desk for what I thought was a sinus infection I was alerted there was a 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait. An offer was made to me to receive a phone call when it was close to my turn. I accepted the offer and signed in. The waiting area was quite large with lots of seating, neat, quiet, and clean. My phone rang after about 1-1/2 hours later, right on time. Then my name was called to take my turn in the exam room within 10 minutes. After Molly, APRN came to exam room, which was quite soon after I entered the room. Molly was thorough, gave a diagnosis, offered steroid injection for swelling. Once I received the injection I was allowed to leave after about 10 minutes. This was a visit on a Saturday afternoon The whole wait time, exam and departure took about 2 hours, right on schedule. 😎 I will definitely recommend them to others.

I was very Impressed with the new Norton's immediate care facility and staff In Elizabethtown kentucky. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and Professionalism. We were seen by provider within fifteen minutes of arrival. That is unheard of in this area. My family will gladly recommand Norton's immediate care facility.

A+ I’ve been using Norton Immediate Care for several years, when I can’t get a same day doctor’s appt/it’s not an emergency. Being able to reserve a spot online is a plus. Today, I was an early walk-in… I was in and out in less that 40 minutes. When you’re sick, there’s nothing worse than sitting in a waiting room with other sick people. They’re always friendly, caring and helpful and their new location on Towne Dr. is convenient.

I went to the new Immediate care in E’town with vertigo and ear pain. I was seen very fast and everyone was very friendly. I was in and out in a very short time. The ARPN was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I love the convenience of having my Primary care and so much more right there in an easy location.

Very satisfied with our experience. We were traveling from out of town for a soccer tournament, and everyone was very helpful and thorough - from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor.

Love love Nortons. They said there would be a 2 & 1/2 hr wait but I was in and out in a hour..

They were so kind and patient with my toddler on 1/1 because her regular doctor’s office is closed for the holiday. The appointment started exactly on time, all of the staff was friendly and professional, and it was a great experience. I’ve always liked Norton’s over Baptist Health.

Our nurse practitioner, Karen, was so incredible and listened really well. She addressed and solved every issue our daughter had, from lack of energy to the actual sickness itself. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care we had here and would rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

Their Service was great, and very timely as I was instructed when I checked into the Immediate Care Center. The staff is very nice.

I have been going to Norton since they opened their office on Ring Road in Elizabethtown KY, I think it was January 2018. I Love the new office and the location even more. My PC is Jessica Blount and I Love the way she works with me on being healthy.

This Is my second time going to the ICC December 22, 2023.

I reserved a spot online for my 12 year old and I called to see if we could get in any sooner. He was currently crying and having ear pain. They said bring him in and we will try to get to him sooner, about a 20min wait, they listened to my concerns, treated, tested, diagnosed and treated within a half hour. This is our 2nd visit in the last 2 weeks, “multiple child family” they are absolutely the best!!!

They allowed a walk-in for my baby a little past 6:30pm and we were there and seen within a half hour. We stayed until around 8pm. They close at 7pm, however, We received non rushed service and the medical staff were all very caring and compassionate with my son.
I will always trust a Norton Urgent Care over any others as they have been the best quality care we have received in the past and present.

EVERYONE was amazing - from the ladies who worked the front desk, to the nurses, to the APRN who saw us. Yes, we were seen a little after our appointment time (about 30 mins) but I feel like that is normal with all urgent cares I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

Great staff! Wonderful bedside manner, quick, so kind, and honest! I will always utilize this facility for my urgent care needs. So thankful Norton is in Elizabethtown now. It’s about time somebody gave Baptist a run for their money. Now they just need to build a hospital and we’d actually have good healthcare all around in Hardin and surrounding counties.

Excellent - highly recommend!! When we walked in, the waiting area was warm and inviting w/ a cute “joke of the day” and a fun game where you had to find 10 pencils around the room. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We didn’t wait long and the quality of care from start to finish was wonderful. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were both personable and knowledgeable. I would drive 30 minutes here again versus going to an urgent care closer to us. Thank you for a great experience!

Wonderful experience! From the receptionist and check in to the MA to the NP Karen. They were all so professional and kind! I hope I don’t have to see them too often but next time I do I am confident that they will take amazing care of myself and family in the future:)

I was taken in very quickly. I was told a 30-45 minute wait. But it was only about 5 minutes. Everyone was so nice.

I did have a wait but I used the online check in and felt like I was seen faster than I normally would have been. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Recently tested positive for Covid and after 7-9 days wasn’t feeling any better. Really appreciate the level of caring they seemed to show; the questions they asked etc. I have no idea how I should feel after this many days and they reassured me that it made sense to come in and get checked.

I appreciate your hard work, thank you for the care and consideration of my illness and making sure I have the right care.
