Baptist Health Urgent Care - Ring Road

Have had to go twice in last month. Both times, checked in quickly, then triage, didn't wait long for provider to assess problems. First time, it took about 2 hours (had to wait for xray) and second time 2nd about an hour (was swabbed for flu, covid & strep). Both providers were understanding & explained their diagnosis'; both were courteous. Will go there again if doc can't work me in.

In the previous years I have went to this facility I always had poor experiences. They were rushing me, making me feel judged, stuck up, and rude. However when I went back (it’s been almost a year since my last visit) I was VERY IMPRESSED!! The woman who was at the front desk this last sat was so sweet! The woman who did my intake and vitals is ALWAYS such a kind soul. She really is passionate about helping others feel comfortable and making sure they have a good experience. They are so lucky to have her. She’s the only reason I decided to go back this time. I went in on Saturday before Memorial Day around 8:30pm. They weren’t busy at all, it was very clean. The doctor was super kind and attentive. She was making sure she covered everything and met all my needs. She didn’t make me feel rushed or judged like I have in previous times from others in that facility. She was very educated and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving to get my paperwork and medications sent. I was in and out in 45 minutes for tooth pain and a bad rash on my face. This was the most comfortable and easy visit I’ve had at this office. Definitely have improved!

Got there at 950am and there was a line of at least 15 people ahead of me and my daughter. It’s been a while since I’ve been here but under the circumstances the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in and out in about 2hrs. With as sick ppl have been lately the staff had a pleasantly positive attitude. It really was a nice surprise.

My son was seen for two jammed fingers that quickly swelled and were terribly bruised. The staff were fantastic - friendly and efficient. Even with X-rays, we were in and out in less than an hour.

I LOVING COMING TO THIS LOCATION TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ME AN MY CHILDREN AN I LIVE IN RADCLIFF I RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE AN BE TREATED SO WELL HERE AN YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT LONG HOURS

Showed up at 8 pm, did not wait to check in. My daughter was called to triage before I had even finished checking in, and she was immediately taken back to a room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a positive, pleasant experience!

by far the most amazing staff, along with PA’s, APRN, and MD’s. They truly care and all give their best effort to make you feel comfortable and get to the root of the problem. They are quick and efficient!

Staff made an awful situation so much better. They all were kind and extremely hospitable and went out of their way to let me know I was going to be okay.
