Firehouse Subs Grayhawk

finally tried the place out myself after picking up some delivery orders from here. i got the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich. the food is great, all their ingredients taste very fresh. everything is cooked to order and it smells great in there. food was so good i came back the next day while i was out lol. highly recommend

This place is my 2nd most favorite place to eat. I just recently introduced my 14 year to a specially made sandwich I always get. They absolutely loved it as well.
However this place is an expensive sandwich shop. However it is still definitely worth going to from time to time if you're on a budget.

I had an issue with an Uber eats order and the store took care of it. They were very friendly and the food was great. They were busy but location was very clean

The staff here is beyond amazing Brandon being the manager. He truly cares about his staff and loves his job. Grace is always working hard and making the customer smile. And of course the food is great!

This place is ok the bread was a bit hard but this is just my opinion the cashier seemed Abit busy to take out order and there was no one in the place. But to be fair she could have been taking orders over the phone.

This particular location of Firehouse Subs in Omaha, NE is my absolute favorite. I drive across town just to visit this location. All of the team is friendly and always cheerful with a smile. The food is always outstanding. Brandon Miller, General Manager knows his regular customers by name. This team is a team of professionals that go way above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend anyone interested at trying this place out for a first time or to make a stop by this location any time.

The guys who work there are super friendly and were able to get my order together fairly quick. My only complaint is the price of the soup (did not see the price). A small sandwich and a cup of soup rang up $9 (not a meal combo). I could've order a bit differently and got more food for less. I think.

This is my favorite place to get a great sub. Mike and his crew are ALWAYS friendly and service is fast. The subs are the BEST in town!!! We have NEVER been disappointed with either the food or the service, whether we are eating in or getting something to go. We also love the Firehouse Rewards App. We eat here several times a week and recommended this location to friends.

They have a range of meats for whatever your heart desires and a choice of wheat or white. The ingredients always taste fresh and their sugar cookies are soooooo good!

Great Place for a Sandwich. I have been here Twice. Both times We had a Great Experience. The Atmosphere here is neat. There are T.V. Sets to watch whatever is on. It has a Fire Department Station feel. The Staff are very friendly and professional. And the Sandwiches are Really Good. I would Recommend this Place. If You havent tries it. You should go..

This is one of my favorite "fast" places to grab a bite. As soon as you walk in, the whole staff greets you. The whole vibe in the store is very chill and friendly. If you haven't, download the Firehouse App. That's an easy way to upgrade your meat or get a free sub after a few visits. I also LOVE the buffet of hot sauces & BBQ sauces. They have them numbered, 1-10, in terms of hotness. It's a lot of fun to try the different flavors out.

Kaylee, Hannah and Dakota provided outstanding service this evening. They were polite, fast and friendly. The subs were amazing and prepared very well. I would recommend this sub shop to anyone. My family and I will definitely come back again, this was our first visit here :)

The food was great, the service was great the atmosphere was awesome. Never been here but would gladly come again the next time I am in the area. The food was worth the drive alone.

Stop by for lunch on Saturday,it was pretty good. I usually go to the 72nd location.

I enjoy coming here. The staff is super nice and very quick. I've come here at different times- really busy and not so busy and their demeanor doesn't change. They are happy to see you and seem happy to be working. They joke around with each other and customers. Highly recommend!

Good manager. I watched him train a new girl while I waited for my sandwich. It's not always easy staying patient when someone asks dumb questions or stares at you blankly instead of answering you. He did a great job. Food is great

The staff was very nice. The service was average speed, but I wasn't in a hurry.

I just wish their app had the same menu as the restaurant. I would have preferred to order from the app but the I never was able to find the club sandwich.

Delicious! I love the fact they have dozens and dozens of hot sauces to use. I always tell myself that I'm going to get something different but I always end up choosing the cheddar beef and brisket sandwich. It is so good!
