Staff was helpful. Great service. Drinks were good. Was a wait in drive thru but not too bad. It was my first time at this location. Kiddos love the cake pops and nice to enjoy a scone every once in a while too

Most cordial service of any drive through I’ve ever been to. Visited several times and each staff member I’ve encountered goes above and beyond to be positive and kind. Coffee is good as well!

What a Starbucks! The staff is friendly and fast. We ordered two venti drinks and they were perfect. As far as Starbucks goes I hope they always keep this level of professionalism and amazing service! Worth a stop if you’re in the area!

I have only visited this Starbucks via drive thru, but every interaction I have had has been great and my coffee has been spot on!!

Hi - I asked manager to check for a Reward Drink, which had come up online, and she said, "No , you will need 200 points."
Got home and checked online again and it shows 100 points for a drink, iced coffee, bakery, etc. Please correct this for the next customer who asks!

First time I came here was great. Two weeks later, the lobby was filthy with food everywhere, on the floor and on half the tables that were open, and our drink orders were mixed up. Seems like they are having some trouble with delegating responsibilities to employees. More effort should be put into having someone clean the lobby instead of filling all the online orders.

Better than the other Starbucks in town but expensive and slow.

Been here many times and felt it was decent because of location but turning to Google because of THIS poor experience:

Guess which drink is the Chai Tea Latte? Apparently, this location thinks the one on the right is. After telling them twice that it tastes like coffee and them "remaking" the drink, it still fell on us as the problem. However, not only could we taste, you can clearly see there is coffee beans in the drink, then asking if they've tasted the mix with a reply of "Well, No". They were unwilling to do anything further so we just paid and kept our "tea", went to the Starbucks by Target where they clearly know how to make a Chai Tea Latte.
This was one heck of a $13.00 drink!

Very slow service multiple times here. In both the drive through and inside.
