McDonald's

We were absolutely famished after driving from Phoenix. This McDonald's is recently renovated with a modern dining area. You can only order from kiosks but I prefer to do that anyway.

I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in over a year so I can't remember what typical prices are like. However, we did score the 20 nuggets for $6 deal which was insane!

The food was hot, delicious, and reasonably fast. I don't have any complaints. The building is nice as well. Apparently, they rebuilt it recently.

Cory is the absolute man. He helped our large group of 30 men devour an early breakfast and had the best attitude. I went back the next day and the staff is very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Great McDonald’s- wish they were all this great!

On a late, unusually cold spring night, while traveling to the Grand Canyon, I, of course, failed to get my kids dinner in time. I blame my kids… and their love of the hotel pool and the Grand Canyon. (My daughter now believes canyons are real, the “Great Canyon,” at least). Anyways, I was in a bit of a predicament with hotel parking and really needed to find a way to order my kids a couple of happy meals. A gentleman I met outside the store near closing time, Cory, came to the rescue. Not only was this the best food-related interaction we’ve had this entire trip (don’t ask about Benihana’s in Scottsdale), it was by far and away the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I don’t definitively know what the company’s values are, but Cory clearly lives them. Unreal experience and a testament to this store reminding us all why McD’s is an all-American staple. We had a very large group of athletes doing the rim to rim to rim hike in the Grand Canyon and the manager Cory made an effort to open early for us, and provided late night meals later. Super service and greatly appreciated.

The best! I can not express how much I appreciate all the workers and managers there. My daughter had an emergency, and they were right there to call and offer help.

Clean. Friendly staff. ALL kiosk ordering inside. Seating not very comfortable. Order was correct and tasty.

Cory and team helped my hiking group significantly. Great, helpful team willing to work with us over a weekend.

The Manager Cory was so amazing taking care of our large order for breakfast we came back for dinner too!

The absolute best Maccas in the are. 😂 It has all you favorite Maccas foods. All your favorite Maccas facilities. It just hits that Maccas spot.

The remodel is wonderful and I am so Happy it's reopened.

They serve fried food here, all calorie free.

Good! cappuccino coffee better than in Starbucks!

Enjoyed getting to talk to the workers there while drinking coffee before heading into the Grand Canyon. All were super nice and hospitable. Food was good too but I'll always remember the people who works there. They acted like family to each other and treated us like an extension of that. ☺

Let me tell you why I gave McDonald's five stars. The restaurants here in this area are very very good especially the place that serves pasta and pizza it was absolutely fantastic. The reason I'm giving McDonald's five stars is because of ease of use
This is a resort town and the local restaurants while very very good simply don't have the flexibility that McDonald's offers. I hate to admit it but at the end of the day especially if you have picky family members it's hard to beat a quick dash to McDonald's especially after being worn out from the canyon

We went to this McDonald's to wait for our Grand Canyon tour to start. Let me 1st start off by saying that I love Big Mac's, always have. It is always a hit-or-miss if the Big Mac is going to be made correctly. Normally it is a miss, being too soggy. This place gave me the best big Mac that I've had in a very, very long time. Bravo. Now to the real review. This McDonald's and their crew saved us twice! Word to the wise, you cannot get a Uber or Lyft from the Grand Canyon. It took us forever to find a cab to come from Flagstaff and by the time we did the McDonald's lobby was closed. It was seriously cold outside, so one of the workers came outside and told us to come in and wait, even though their lobby was closed to the public. He was an older gentleman and super sweet. Fast forward almost 2 hours and our cab finally arrives. We were so excited that my husband left his cell phone behind. We had to leave before morning the next day heading for the 3rd leg of our trip. Going back to retrieve his phone was not an option. We called McDonald's and they found the phone. The manager Tammy, went above and beyond to make sure that within 24 hours the phone arrived to us at our next destination. Top notch staff. God-bless you all.

The service is great! All the food is freshly made, juicy bergers and crispy fries. In a touristy place like Grand Canyon, the price is quite normal compared to other national parks. We have been to other much better rated restaurants nearby, the prices are also high relative to the quantity of food. Really appreciate there is a McDonald's here. You can always get what you expected. Give these hard working people thumbs up!

The service was fast and the burger taste was great, I think the best so far from McDonald's. I don't know why it was different:) But they charged separate money for apple juice on the happy meal... why? Who knows...

They currently only offer outdoor seating. This is the fastest McDonald's drive thru I've ever seen. They don't tell cats to pull forward like so many others and they fill mobile orders quickly.
