Fresh Fire Grill

My wife and I were passing through Redding and looking for a quick and fresh alternative to fast food. We randomly came across Fresh Fire Grill and thought we'd check it out. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Expect to pay $12 to $15 per person (which in my opinion for the food we received was well worth it) for lunch. The menu was simple and easy to navigate. The Poke Tuna Fire Bowl I ordered was sooo tasty. My wife ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and enjoyed every bite. If you're in the area give Fresh Fire Grill a try for fresh, fast, delicious and well prepared food.

One of few Best kept secrets in Redding! This place is an absolute gem! The professional and friendly staffed are only upstaged by the design and quality of the dishes. From the Pulled Pork bowl with your choice of white or brown rice and Asian Slaw, to the crazy value and addictive Taco Tuesday deals, you can't go wrong! A rare gem in Redding! Food quality is great, atmosphere is relaxing and clean and I am never disappointed with my dining experience there. Highly recommend and IMHO best Asian fusion cuisine in the city!

The California Chicken Salad is my new all time favorite salad! Avocado, tangy Asian slaw, diced cumbers, onions, tomatoes, salad and grilled chicken! Super fresh food and very clean dining. Mello music. Great stop down I-5!

Taco Tuesday is great. I love the Asian tacos. The space is very clean , the people are very friendly, with a short wait time for the food.

My favorite place to eat in Redding now. The poke bowl was beyond my expectations I'm looking forward to trying their other bowls and variety of sides. Also love the super friendly vibes and great music choices.

This is my favorite place to get pulled pork!! The sauce is a contender at any level. Then it's served over brown or white rice! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!

Absolutely love the food! My favorite is the ahi tuna bowl with their sriracha aioli. Yum!

Tried it for the first time and really loved the food. I don't like spicy but I finished my bowl because it was so good.
We paid extra for pineapple on one bowl and didn't get pineapple, and paid extra for avacado on another bowl and didn't get the avacado. The owner fixed it quickly, so that was awesome.
Very good service and food. Highly recommended.

We got the Hawaiian Pulled Pork Bowl & Korean BBQ Bowl & it was a highlight of our trip. I didn't want the Asian slaw so they let me substitute it for cucumber slices. The regular size was hard to finish, they really fill the bowl up. So disappointed there aren't any SoCal locations.

Five stars for Fresh Fire Grill! Though I've never set foot in the restaurant, I feel like I've been there 100 times, thanks to DoorDash. The Korean BBQ? It's nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Every time I order, the flavors dance on my tastebuds, and I'm transported to a flavor paradise. Their consistency, taste, and delivery service make it an easy choice for any night in. If you haven't tried Fresh Fire Grill, especially the Korean BBQ, you're missing out!

Delicious and fresh, these fusion bowls are tasty and well worth the wait. My son had the BBQ pork, and I had the Poke Tuna. Both delicious. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and inviting.

Delicious, fresh, fast and healthy. A little pricey but not enough to stop me from going. (Contemplated making them 4 stars for that but I know the cost of ingredients has gone up so left it at 5).

Love FFG! Every time I stop by whether by myself or with my family we are greeted by their friendly staff. The food is outstanding and clean. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. My personal favorite is the Calif. chicken salad, i’ve also had their Hawaiian pork bowl which is to die for. The best part is if I’m in a hurry I simply order in advance using their app - makes life easy!

When you don’t feel like cooking, it’s the perfect place to pop in and get a healthy and very delicious takeout for dinner every time. Service is always very friendly and quick. We’ve dined in and also had take out for the past five years plus. Thank you Fresh fire for bringing a healthy alternative of take out to the Redding area!
