Started ordering from the weekly meal prep last summer, with the delivery option. Fantastic options, flavors and presentation. Once in a very great blue moon, the crew takes off a holiday, so I made the trek to the lovely, more recently opened market in Bethel. Even more delicious options,, and the made to order food I ordered for pick up barely made it home (sort of) uneaten. Healthy never tasted this good. Check them out. You, your tummy, and your physical well being will be glad you did.

Sara Oberhammer, Soulber founder, fails to mention a major ingredient in each of her juices, salads and bowls and that is LOVE. Watching her create anything whether it’s a new tasty treat or a dream realized in what will soon be one of the most popular and healthy eating spots in Bethel, Sara’s energy is infused in the food, the staff and the very Zen new SOULBER KITCHEN where you can now DINE IN!!! I’m not proud of the fact that our food and juice were devoured before photographing anything was even a thought, but I did manage to take a quick photo of the bright and welcoming new space. I plan to try every single vegan option with each visit (and there are plenty of options for everybody!) THANK YOU SARA AND STAFF!

My entire family could not wait for Soulber Kitchen to open to the public as we have enjoyed their dishes through meal prep on the website for years.

The atmosphere is adorable and clean, the service impeccable and the food is so delicious and fresh. Just knowing that there is a homey place to stop off for any of their dishes, drinks, soups, treat etc is great!

It is owned and run by a wonderful human being. Sara has her degree in Nutrition and loves what she does. It is obvious in the food and the people who work with her. Don't miss out on this very special place! Brought one of her amazing salads to work which I am thoroughly enjoying right now!

Finally, something fresh and healthy in town! I hadn’t had anything from Soulber in a long time and holy smokes I forgot what I was missing! The juice and Sweets & Beets salad was so so good! We are so lucky to have their new market in town.

Stopped in to check out Soulber Kitchen. Order a juice, it was amazing- I actually frozen some to use as ice in my mocktails. The market is really beautiful. Amazing addition to downtown, truly needed and appreciated.

The meals from Soulber kitchen are everything I could want! They are filling, extremely delicious, offer high quality ingredients, and make eating healthy easy and fun! I order 10-12 bowls a week for my lunches/dinners and they stay super fresh and taste great throughout the week!

We just tried Rice& Bean bowl with chicken. It was absolutley outstanding. Super fresh and simply delicious. The salsa has a great kick. It's a party for your tastebuds! Highly recommended!!

My husband and I stopped by about a half ago to get something yummy and Soulber Kitchen did not disappoint!! Not only was everyone so nice and welcoming, the food is insane! Can’t wait to go back and try the meal prep they offer!!

My husband and I have been ordering meal prep from Soulber Kitchen weekly since the beginning of the year. We started with a 3 day cleanse and immediately were hooked! The juices and bowls are always fresh and take all the guess work out of trying to incorporate a healthy diet into our busy schedules. In 6 months we have lost a combined 45lbs and overall feel so much better. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. My first purchase was the 3 day reset cleanse and I am so happy I did it. The juices were so fresh and delicious. The salads and dressings were a generous size and so fresh and delicious. I wasn't sure I would like some of the food combinations but I am glad I tried them because they were all so good. I feel great after completing the 3 days and look forward to ordering some salads and juices again. Thank you!

Best meal prep in the area! So many options for bowls that change weekly! Healthy and fresh and you can order fresh juices, milks, wellness shots, and different healthy snacks! Charcoal lemonade juice is my fave- very chuggable!
