Orkin Pro, Logan Windmiller, did an absolutely brilliant job helping us set traps to rid our home of a raccoon family taking over our house! He was polite, respectful, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable! Super thankful!!

I had a mouse infestation a few months ago and Bryan has done an excellent job helping me get it under control! We have not seen a mouse or seen any evidence of any for the last two months now! 100% recommend this company, they get the job done!

Great service! William was knowledgeable, helpful, emptied the dead bug out of my vacuum and helped me understand where my insect problems could potentially be.

We called at 9pm and they had someone out the next day. The technician was quick, efficient and explained everything as he went. Hate that we needed them but glad they were there and able to help us so quickly!

Unfortunately we, discovered a small bed bug in my home. I was distraught and had know idea what to do next. I immediately called Orkin and they sent an inspector out the same day. THIS immediately calmed my anxiety. Matthew Baker came out and inspected my home. Thankfully, our treatment service was not extremely horrible due to finding it early. Matthew explained what treatments orkin could offer and also a payment arrangement where we did not need to make the full payment at once. I want to say that, dealing with such an alarming and worrisome situation, i felt a sense of comfort and relief with the inspector. His personality was exactly what I needed, during a freaking out time. He was reassuring and bubbly and even interacted with our toddler. ( you guys owe her a orkin hat btw 😂). The technicians were prompt and I felt that I could immediately rest peacefully in my bed at night after the first treatment. I also love that they offer a guaranteed service, because although this is a truly expensive service, if something is left behind I know it will be taken care of. If we have any other bug/spider/ insect needs I know we will be back to utilize orkin as they offer many services. Thank You all for doing the hard job!

Tom was good at looking the area over and using his experience and expertise to assess and put into action the necessary steps to eradicate the unwanted species. He did a great job explaining the situation to us and the plan of attack.

I have a Rug cleaning facility, so it is important to keep all types of pests and bugs away from the facility. Alex always explains what he does to maintain my facility.

Our technician was Tom and he was an absolute joy to talk to. He was doing our quarterly treatment and we mentioned a bees nest close to our garage. It ended up being a bald-faced hornets nest that was located at an unusual spot outside our home. He immediately said “that needs to get taken care of” and he treated it without any hesitation. He is very knowledgeable about his surroundings and has been one of the better technicians we’ve had with this company and look forward to working with him in the future!

The Orkin team has been great. Brian has been working with us on an ongoing issue. He has always been very responsive and determined to help in every way.
