I went yesterday and I got a shake and before I left she ask me to taste if not she will remake it so is funny how your saying it was bad I'm sure she ask you as well you must of told her it's good you usually go down the street to gabe if we don't put bad reviews on them please don't do it to us. they got the best tasting waffle bowl or waffle sandwich, and oatmeals, Grate variety of energy teas and snacks. I Love this place. And excellent customer service , great atmosphere, big spot right in the middle of downtown Springfield. Across the street from Mass mutual center and right next to MGM Casino & hotel. Highly recommended 👌
