Mission Valley Storage

So there's new ownership of this storage facility; they're in this area & personally available by phone. I have been storing here for at least 8 years with no problems (through 4 owners, some absentee), though that might not have been others' experience. When I called today needing assistance, I talked to Brian, one of the new owners. He was really nice, very helpful & expressed their intention to make improvements. If you need storage, I'd highly recommend them!

Brian is a pleasure to work with. He is professional and puts the customers first, not to mention he actually answers the phone Thank you for keeping our belongings safe, yet easy to access! We will use Mission Valley Storage

New owners are great. Brian called personally and got some issues resolved before any additional charges were implicated. Really truly cares about his customers.

I’ve been renting from the storage unit for two years and I haven’t had any complaints so far and the person that is helping me right now is doing a great job. Please do not dog on this Storage unit.

Everytime I try to go get into my unit the gate doesn’t work!!! I’m getting so tired of having to call to get the gate fixed. I live over an hour away and driving all the way here to have to go back home.
