The mobile geeks are ALWAYS so helpful . My hubby replaced screen on his iPhone and it was defective . Jeremy was quick to replace it no hesitation. We picked up next day . Super Fast and quick service ! A++++

This place is awesome. The service was great and very fast. I was in to get my charging port cleaned it took less than 2 minutes for no charge! I would definitely recommend their services!!!

My phone's battery port was not taking the charging cable anymore and the cable would just fall out. I brought it to the Mobile Phone Geeks and they had in fixed in minutes and didn't even charge me for the port cleaning. I absolutely recommend these guys for all your phone repair needs.

This place is great! Will never go anywhere else - they actually carry parts for my older Samsung in store whereas most other phone places just turned me away and said we won't do that or had extraordinary fees. Rear camera repair quoted at $135 at other shops and was $55 at MPG. highly recommend!

My phone was not charging and Jerremy fixed it on the spot free of charge. I recommend this place anytime.

I have been going to this place a couple times first time was to get my battery in my old phone replaced because it was old and died on me and they were the best. I will always come here to get my phone fixed or new screen protector on my phone or my laptop. I recommend coming here they are really helpful and knowledgeable and reliable and trustworthy and they are really respectful of their customers.

My husband took in our kiddos ipad for repair-the tech looked at it-said it had locked up due to an update-said he couldn’t find an issue and charged nothing! Gave good instructions on how to prevent issue again. So refreshing to find an honest place. Tech could have made up anything just to charge us-since we aren’t tech savvy. Have also had repairs done in past here and have been quick and fair with price-can’t say enough good. A+++ Service!

Was on a trip and my phone slipped out of my pocket. Heard the dreaded slap-smack-crack sound. It's a Samsung Galaxy with the glass back and fortunately only the back cracked, not the screen. No other damage.

When I got home form the trip, I brought it in and was expecting the worst. The price I was quoted was very fair to replace the back glass -- about half of what I expected! The part was not in stock, but only took 2 days to come in. I got an email when the part was in, ran the phone over, and in less than half an hour, it was all fixed up and ready to go. Looks like new and I couldn't be happier.

These guys are great. We come to New Braunfels every summer for a week. Last year we brought them my son’s phone that wouldn’t charge. We thought we would need a new phone but they showed us how to clean the charging port for free. This year we brought them two IPhones we found snorkeling and they showed us how to get the owners’ phone number from their SIM card so we could get the phones back to them. We were able to contact a young woman in Fort Worth about her lost IPhone X and mailed it back to her. So far no one’s claimed the other one.

Great experience. Got my phone fixed and a screen protector on in 30 min maybe. Very helpful and nice people!

Great place other places charge 100 dollars and more. However this place is the best to get your phone fixed. My friends phone was damaged after a crack and yes depends on the phone they may not even have the screen for it onsite, so you might have to wait a week or so and we'll we were patient and surprised that they got it done and it looked amazing too, not only that but they replaced the other side too that was cracked from the camera.

I had dropped my iPhone in oil and brought it here thinking there was no hope. Jeremy cleaned it up with great care and got it working perfectly again. Very professional & courteous. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing phone repair.

I had an issue with a battery connection on my laptop. In my troubleshooting I accidentally ripped off a connector. I took it in and was able to work with the tech and point out the problem immediately. He offered a couple solutions after diagnosing it, and was able to get it working on the spot! I will definitely use their services again, thank you Mathew!

Amazing service & know-how! These folks are GREAT! Listening to their patience with other "non-technical" customers was a treat; how polite and courteous they were. Brought in a very late model tablet with an expensive, high-def cracked screen; they located a replacement part and had it ordered in 2-3 business days, with one day replacement service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jeremy is the MAN!! I used to go to another screen repair place in NB but they were horrible, gave bad service, and made my phone screen suck more than it did before (because the quality of the screen sucked, I had to drive an hour three separate times for them to adjust the sensor over and over again). Yall, my iPhone had some damage to the screen and I could NOT get it to restart to save my life. For two days the snooze on my alarm was going off every 8 freakin minutes. I called to see if they could fix my screen and Jeremy said he could replace screen but that he could also perhaps try something else to make my screen work again. He said no appointment was necessary. I came in the same day and he looked at my phone, did a little clicking of the buttons and BAM! He got my screen to work again! He didn't even charge me for that and told me how to fix it next time. He did say if I ever wanted the screen completely fixed, I could come in and he could do that. But for now, if it aint (completely) broke, don't fix it. Use it until I can't use it anymore (although he suggested I do a back up lol). I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy. I am forever grateful for a human who simply wants to help and isn't money hungry. God bless him!
